What you’ll be doing The Innovation Director is looking for someone who is curious, inquisitive and always looking to develop themselves as the role is going to be open-ended as possible. The team will be focused on the research and development of new products and/or supporting start-ups through the product life cycle. You will innovate and design, prototype, test with customers and eventually take to the market across any area, with any tech stack that you or the team feel is most suited to the solution. To work as efficiently as possible, the week will be split into two: -        3 days of researching, building, and prototyping-related activities. -        2 days for debating ideas and any developments you have seen in technology or markets.
