Their app and platform aggregates masses of data with the use of Tech and AI to create meaningful outputs that will help people better understand their own psychology and how to manage their mental health effectively. With recent investment and ambitious growth planned for this year and beyond, they’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join the team.  Experience you’ll need Full-Stack expertise with a lean towards the server-side. Proven capability with Python and ideally one related framework.  Ability to read PHP code. If you can write in PHP, even better!  Cloud-native development experience, ideally with AWS but Azure/GCP also fine.  Front-End expertise with one modern JS library (React preferred).  Experience working to architecture level, able to own projects from PoC onwards.  Awareness of DevOps, release & deployment process, automation.  Knowledge of testing.  Self-starter, comfortable coming into a fast-paced start-up environment. What you’ll be doing The PoC for their analytics dashboard (built in PHP/Laravel) has been completed, you’ll be heading up the build of the first version, owning the front and back-end before taking it to market. They’d like to move the platform to Python moving forward so you’ll need to be able to read PHP code in order to help with the conversion. The front-end is in a good place though you’ll help with polishing things; the complexities lie in the server-side so you’ll be much more focused on adding new functionality, refining current features and introducing things like custom graphs where necessary. Most of the infrastructure sits on AWS but they use Azure for some areas due to the data insights they need across their clients who work in MS. You’ll be building the core of a modular monolith, working closely with the product team on customer insights and supporting the improvement of their release and deployment process, introducing automation where necessary.
