What you’ll be doing
As Scrum Master, you’ll collaborate with Developers, Data Engineers, QA, Testers, and BAs. Guiding Scrum teams with finesse, you’ll ensure the effective application of Scrum and Agile practices. Your role involves mentoring and coaching teams, steering their focus towards customer outcomes and value delivery. By removing obstacles obstructing progress, you’ll keep teams aligned with sprint objectives. Leading stand-ups, you’ll champion, educate, and shepherd the business towards embracing Scrum practices and agility.
What experience you’ll need:
- A proven track record as a Scrum Master in an Agile setting.
- Thorough understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
- Highly desirable experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt and drive continuous improvement.
- Stellar problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Advantageous to hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- Desirable familiarity with alternative Agile frameworks like Kanban.
