WIth strong capability in development they’re looking to bolster the team with a visual designer.                            What you’ll be doing Up until now design has largely been provided by external resource with some support from visually skilled in-house developers. This role is an opportunity to own and excel the visual design output for the business. As this is a new role for the the team we’re looking for someone with experience across the whole design process, likely someone that has worked within a small to medium sized agency and had exposure to a wide variety of design tasks. The visual designer will create, test, learn and improve solutions for web, app and software. Clients will include those within the charity, education, financial services and creative sectors.  Day to day the role will be varied; you can expect to lead workshops with clients, produce concepts (paper and screen based), create design systems and detailed UI’s as well as marketing collateral and pitch materials to support the growth of their creative function.  What experience you’ll need to apply Past experience operating at a senior level within a UI or visual design role. A portfolio that shows end to end design artefacts from concept through to highly polished visuals. Confident user of modern design tools (Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch, XD) Experience of working closely with developers as well as UX specialists. What you'll be doing We’re on the lookout for a Mid-Weight or Senior Motion Graphics Designer, from both a 2D and 3D perspective, to join this agency’s strong team of specialists. This role will play a key part in the studio, taking projects end-to-end and delivering quality work for their well-established client base and beyond. You could be thinking up a concept for a client brief, working on 2D or 3D vector graphics, or animating those designs to create a motion output to be broadcast at live events or on TV. You’ll be as comfortable leading on projects as you are rolling up your sleeves and getting in the production zone. You’re a natural when liaising with new and existing clients, with the ability to collect a brief directly from a client and interpret this to deliver a creative output. We are looking for a Creative Artworker, who speaks Arabic, to join an agency based in West Wiltshire. With some great clients already under their belt, this is a brand new role for the agency as the business grows and increases their offering internationally.  What you'll be doing We’re looking for a Creative Artworker to support this fast-paced studio in the execution of design through to artwork for an international client account. You’ll predominantly be producing artwork for one of their global clients, specifically for the Dubai and Saudi Arabian markets. You could be working across anything from websites, digital campaigns, web banners, social media ads, emails and mobile apps. There will also be some offline work to be done; this could be across anything from brochures through to large scale print campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable finalising designs and creating pixel perfect artwork, who also has a creative eye for layout and typography to turn your hand to a spot of design when required. Due to the market positioning, you’ll need experience in producing work for the Arabic market and the ability to understand Arabic to at least basic level. You’ll also need to able to communicate to a professional level in English. We’re open to hearing from Artworkers from all levels, and salary will be reflective of this. These guys operate on a global scale, producing some world class mobile games. What you’ll be doing Your role will centre around growing the company’s user base across an exciting portfolio of games. You’ll utilise your digital acquisition skills, optimising targeted ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, alongside your analytical expertise, building reports from extensive sets of data in order to identify further optimisation opportunities.
