Highly-regarded childcare business.
Focus on optimising the customer journey.
Opportunity to take ownership of onsite content.
Working within the Marketing team of a highly-regarded nursery franchise, the Website Experience Manager will provide an exceptional online experience that is shaped around how customers behave, and utilising technology to its full potential to achieve set goals. This is a brand-new role for the business, which has incredibly exciting growth plan in place, so you’ll have the opportunity to really take ownership of the onsite strategy, as well as implement it.
What you’ll be doing
The website is a key primary touchpoint in the customer research process and is fundamental in creating strong, positive brand impressions and shaping expectations of the company. The Website Experience Manager will be responsible for updating the website content on a day-today basis, ensuring accuracy and quality of content for the nurseries and franchise business. With a keen eye for great layout and creating targeted content, you’ll bring your expertise to create an immersive, engaging and informative digital brand experience.
The nursery marketplace is competitive and very local catchment orientated. In SEM there are a narrow selection of critical keywords and search queries, so your aim will be to ensure the business is the number one nursery in local organic search results, with the most relevant nursery returning based on location.
Through continuous analysis and optimisation of the website experience, the key measure of success is to grow the number of enquiries coming through for the nurseries with the group (B2C) and leads generated for the franchise offering (B2B).
