    eCommerce Product Owner

    — Digital Transformation (12 Month FTC)

    • Brand new Product Owner position to join a successful business. • Large scale digital transformation project • Initial 12-month contract. One of our clients are embarking on a digital transformation project and are looking for an experienced Product Owner to join them on their journey on an initial 12-month contract. What you’ll be doing As Product Owner you will work in a cross-functional team that are undertaking a digital transformation programme including replacing legacy system, re-platforming on to cloud base technologies, website development re-build and working with the data team using insights to develop the product roadmap on new services and continuous improvements.  This is a key role in the business, we’re looking for somebody to help define and develop the product roadmap, with the support of product specialists (who you’ll manage), you will be the go-to person for all things product. You will use your experience to make recommendations and come up with ideas to set and define the product vision.   What experience you’ll need • You’ll be an experienced Product Owner or Product Manager that has worked on large eCommerce projects.  • Strong communication skills and experience of working with stakeholders at all levels, the ability to build relationships and gain trust.  • User centred approach, passionate about digital and using data to support on decision making.  • You’ll be a concise decision maker that is not afraid to voice your opinion, presenting solutions clearly in a confident manner. • B2C experience ideally in retail, open to other industries but eCommerce implementation experience is essential.  • Digital experience platforms and marketing automation. • Agile development.  • If you have Salesforce, Sitecore, Umbraco and/or React experience it would be highly desirable but is not essential.  • Elastic Path eCommerce software is also desirable.  What you’ll get in return for your talents A competitive salary is on offer which will come down to what experience you bring.     Digital Media Planner

    Unique, Global Client base.  Specialist Digital Marketing Agency Remote working options.  A dynamic full-service Digital Agency is looking for an experienced Digital Media Planner/ Buyer to manage a number key global accounts.  As Media Manager you’ll work at the core of the agency’s media team, helping to shape the strategy of their planning output, and run the campaign process from brief through to execution. You will be supported by the planning/buying team and will also work closely with the data/analytics team to ensure strategies are soundly based on data and audience insight. What you’ll be doing  Your remit will be to create and execute campaigns against complex media plans, across all digital channels (including Paid Social & Paid Search).  You’ll work with the agency’s content and creative teams to deliver holistic campaigns that exceed client expectations and create a positive customer experience. Using your analytical skills, you’ll report and monitor account performance to ensure campaigns are optimised, and actively seek out opportunities to develop new and creative ad solutions for clients.  In addition, you will manage and build strong relationships with media owners and platform providers, and develop client relationships at a strategic and operational level through regular communication.  What experience you’ll need to apply Proven experience in brand digital media planning/buying within an agency. Experienced at preparing online media plans, based on client objectives and KPIs and to a given budget.  Solid understanding and working knowledge of the digital landscape, ideally including programmatic platforms, paid search and paid social.  Excellent analytics and reporting skills.  Strong client management skills: experienced at presenting to clients at the highest levels and maintaining and developing relationships with client marketing teams.  Ability to work well with members of the account team across all agency disciplines. Experience working with DV360 and/or The Trade Desk DSP is a bonus. Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities. Sound strategic thinker with strong creative problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Solutions-oriented with a “can-do” attitude, creatively and strategically. Highly-organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. What you’ll get in return for your experience   The salary is flexible dependent upon experience, but roughly within the range of £35-40k. We’re looking for a seasoned Performance Marketing Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join an award-winning Digital Marketing agency with offices commutable from South Wales and Bristol locations. Flexible working is on offer and after lockdown you’ll be able to work from home 2-3 days a week. This is the ideal opportunity for somebody that’s worked in a technical Performance Marketing / Paid Media / PPC role previously and would like to move into a less hands-on, client-facing, consultative role.  As well as an excellent salary and benefits package, they also offer commission making the earning potential excellent. This is not a sales role; its a classic Digital Agency / Performance Marketing Account Manager role, but they like to incentivise and reward people for nurturing excellent client relationships and for spotting new opportunities to service clients with the agency’s digital offering.  What you’ll be doing  As Performance Marketing Account Manager or Senior Account Manager you’ll take a proactive role in leading and nurturing client relationships – a trusted advisor to their client’s brand and business You’ll help define the best Performance Marketing / PPC / Digital Media strategies to drive growth for a fantastic portfolio of clients.  You’ll work closely with the senior members of the client services team who’ll help nurture you, so you’ll get the chance to learn lots and to continue climbing the career ladder.  There’s plenty of room to bring new ideas and fresh thinking to the agency as they embark on their next stage of growth.  What experience you’ll need to apply The ideal candidate is an Account Manager able to take the lead on client projects, or a Senior Account Manager who’s perhaps looking to gain experience in a bigger organisation which has held onto its independent agency spirit, and to work with a greater variety of brands.   You must be very credible when it comes to talking about Performance Marketing / Paid Media / Digital Media campaigns with PPC being the most important channel.  You won’t be hands-on setting up and running campaigns, but ideally you’ll have done so in the past so that you know the detail when working with clued-up Marketing Managers at bigger brand clients.  You must have experience working for a Digital Media / Performance Marketing Agency or similar. Strong customer facing skills and a confident presenting style are needed too. What you’ll get in return for your experience    A competitive salary in the region of £30k-£40k depending on experience and a commission structure to increase your earnings further.
