Solid 1 month booking, potentially rolling.  Design for a wide range of digital/UI projects.  We are on the hunt for a Senior UI/Digital Designer to join an award winning design agency in Oxfordshire on a 1 month contract, starting immediately. The agency has an extensive list of big-name clients under their belt. This agency delivers creative across a range of media from web design and apps to print campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a UI/Digital Designer to deliver innovative digital design across various touch points. What youll be doing You'll need to be able to hit the ground running with this one. As this is a bust time for the studio you'll be pulled in various directions from sketching, scamping, generating concepts, wireframes, prototypes and delivering a range of fully polished designs for a variety of digital channels.     Continuous Improvement Project Lead opportunity to join a young and growing team due to growth. Manage a portfolio of projects end to end, strategic role with full ownership and autonomy. Competitive salary in the region of £40k - £45k plus a generous benefits package. We’re working closely with a well-known publisher that are recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to work on a variety of large-scale projects within the sales team from quotation, lead generation and fulfilment process.  What you’ll be doing As Continuous Improvement Manager you will work in a small Agile team, working closely with Directors/ Heads of to scope out how their current processes are, scope out what they’d like to change about their processes, areas of improvement and it’s your responsibility to prioritise what are the most business critical and will be the most impactful to the business following Lean Six Sigma.  As part of the sales team you will look at the whole sales cycle and see what could be improved from processes around selling i.e. quoting processes, lead generation and from the back-end i.e order invoicing processes and fulfilment processes. You will come with a solutions orientated approach and constantly look at ways to improve workstreams and digging deep into evaluating the current state, why there are problems and coming up with solution, overseeing the whole implementation process.  What experience you’ll need Proven experience working in a Continuous Improvement role – whether that’s as a Continuous Improvement Manager, Continuous Improvement Project Manager or Continuous Improvement Project Lead. Lean Six Sigma Experience – ideally certified as a Green Belt or Black Belt. We’re open to industry and where you’ve gained your experience but would like to see candidates that have worked across a variety of industries and can bring a new dynamic to the team.  Microsoft Excel including VBL and SQL would be ideal to have but isn’t essential. You will act as Product Owner on projects but don’t need any qualifications in this area. Strong track record in delivering measurable benefits to the business. Ability to communicate Lean concepts. Agile experience is desirable. The Content Strategist is a brand new role in the team to drive strategy for a number of leading client’s content plans.   What you’ll be doing Working as part of a team of 4, you’ll report into the Head of Content and also work with 2 Content Writers. This setup will allow you to have the support of a senior in the team, the freedom to own your client’s strategy and a well-resourced team to help implement campaigns. In turn allowing you to focus fully on addressing the challenges your clients face. You’ll use a combination of client interviews, competitor analysis, content audits and more to fully develop cohesive content strategies, and implement these in the team. Copy will vary across a range of deliverables including website copy, how to guides, editorials, video, white papers, social media posts etc.  What experience you’ll need Strong content experience with a particular focus on Content Strategy.  Ideally agency side experience and has exposure to managing multiple accounts.  Ability to work with a team to implement key projects.  Experience across a variety of content deliverables.  Knowledge of SEO best practice.  Enjoys working at pace and having a variety of projects.  What you’ll get in return for your talents There is a salary in the region of £28-35k on this role, with a whole host if lovely benefits. SEO is a core part of their offering and they are looking for someone to head up this function with a mix of management, strategic input, hands-on work and getting involved in new business. A role with great variety and a brilliant culture, set on the beautiful South Coast! What youll be doing Reporting into the Digital Marketing Director and managing 1 other executive in the team, your role will be split between line management (tied in with hands-on work), strategy, new business pitches and growing the SEO team with future hires. With an enviable client list, this is a great role for an established SEO professional to take a step up and drive the broader strategic / team leadership elements they may not have exposure to. Youll mentor an SEO Manager and SEO Executive in all things biddable media, also educating them on best practice and planning their time based on the strategic goals of the team and business. Given the fantastic base of clients this agency boasts, building close relationships with your contacts there will be key. This will allow you to handle difficult situations, and also more clearly understand their requirements. As this is a full service agency it will also help you offer assistance in other areas and grow each account. Back to the detail on SEO - your team will deliver a combination of content & technical solutions, so youll need to comfortable managing both if these areas. This will involve keyword research, on-page optimisation (including meta-data and content optimisation) and link-building (positive and negative effects). Localised SEO campaigns will also be key to a number of clients, so experience in this area will be very helpful. What experience youll need Strong experience in an SEO role, either agency or client side (agency experience would be great). Able to work autonomously on SEO campaigns, from setting overall strategy to driving implementation. Team leadership skills to mentor and develop your team. Strong organisation and time management skills. Well-versed in SEO management tools, such as SE Cockpit, SEM Rush, Searchmetrics, Majestic, Copyscape and Moz. Understanding of the wider spectrum of digital marketing to help develop client accounts. Exposure to new business pitches and winning accounts to grow the business. Work with all the latest tech & design tools - React, React Native, Redux Angular etc. A start-up company in Oxford with heavy investment are going through a growth phase, having recently built a brilliant development team they are looking for a talented Front-End Developer with mobile and UX skills to be the go-to person in the company that handles all the UI and kick off this brand new role. The company deliver a market leading product that reduces energy consumption and lowering consumers carbon footprint, having saved their customers almost £3million in 3 years they aim to make a real impact in this sector. What skills you'll be needing ES6 JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS.  Fluent with common design tools such as Sketch, Illustrator. Comfortable assembling prototypes with Principle, AfterEffects, Invision etc. Library experience is very beneficial (flexible which ones) - Angular, React, Redux, NodeJS. React Native is a huge bonus but not essential. Data Visualization. Good knowledge of REST and Sass. Strong UX skills. TDD + unit testing is highly desirable. DevOps & cloud (AWS) is also desirable.  Experience with iOS/Android and common browser platforms is a bonus. What you'll be doing You will be taking over the Front-End Mobile space and inherit their current code taking complete ownership of this part of the engineering. The environment will be fast-paced and agile so you must work well under pressure. As well as coding on a daily basis you will be dipping into the UI/UX for the product working with their senior Digital Designer to create compelling UI contributing feature enhancements across the product range as it evolves in order to attract more customers to engage with their product. They want someone who will work closely with customers, stake holders and external contractors to ensure quality. Working with the team in Central Oxford you will work closely with the developers to share knowledge, document and test your solutions but also interact regularly with the product, marketing and data science teams to ensure the most exciting product propositions. You will be creating mobile apps written using frameworks such as React & React Native, bringing your experience of developer for Android, iOS and browser.
