    Work for a fantastic international, integrated agency in the heart of Bristol.  Shape, drive and deliver astute strategic and multichannel communications plans. Iconic international clients from FMCG, automotive, FS, leisure and retail.We are working with a well known international Marketing Agency to find a superstar Senior Marketing Planner to join them on a permanent basis to lead on initiatives and client projects across all elements and work with a broad range of accounts and planning dimensions. If you are an experienced planner with the ability to get under the skin of the consumer, bring insight to life and report back on market and consumer issues, then this may be the exciting new challenge that you have been waiting for. What you'll be doing As a Senior Planner, you'll be highly skilled in combining market data, qualitative research and product knowledge in a way that will enable the creative team to produce stunning marketing ideas. Working closely with the Planning Director you'll develop insight and strategic recommendations to address current issues, maximise opportunities and create communication plans to deliver campaign objectives. You'll also translate audience insight and knowledge into clear concise creative briefs, review campaign performance and present recommendations.You'll be great with figures, consumer behaviour and brand, you'll enjoy carrying out research and writing creative briefs, to managing large scale projects, leading strategic support to the client services team and presenting articulate thinking to clients and colleagues. You'll be expected to inspire, train and lead junior planners, whilst demonstrating an ability to integrate seamlessly with account and creative teams. What experience you'll need  You'll have a few years agency planning experience under your belt: this will need to include experience or brand/ rebrand and integrated communications. You'll have a natural ability to think strategically, be an analytical and logical thinker. You'll be working as a Junior Planner, Mid-Wight Planner or Senior Comms Planner at a marketing, creative or communications agency at the moment.  You'll be highly commercial, articulate and engaging.  Youll be able to own strategic conversations with clients, run brand workshops and come up with compelling positioning ideas.What you'll get in return for your experience You'll get to work for a very successful international marketing agency in the centre of Bristol. Work for an integrated marketing agency in their North Devon office.   Day rate in the region of £150 - £200.Join an award-winning integrated marketing agency based in Devon on a one - two month contract to help them through an extremely busy period working on one of their key B2B clients.  What you'll be doingYou’ll be working on one of the agencies key clients, a global B2B brand, ensuring the smooth running of projects from strategy to delivery.  Working closely with the Account Director and cross-functional team you’ll be instrumental in delivering a clear statement of work during the design phase through to the delivery. You’ll be managing the day to day running of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring that clients briefs are interpreted, deadlines are met and projects are prioritised. Projects will vary but will be fully integrated across advertising, activation, sponsorship and events, and digital campaigns (social and content). You’ll need to hit the ground running taking briefs, managing projects, coordinating resource and keeping clients up to date.What experience you'll need  An experienced agency Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Project Manager whether that’s an integrated, digital or creative led agency. We’re seeking an experienced Client Engagement Director to work within the London Financial Services pod alongside the Pod Lead, Principal Consultant and Senior Project Manager to bring together your understanding of client needs with the knowledge of skills and services in the UX experience design space. We need you to have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role, with clear evidence of your success.What you’ll be doing You’ll be working in the London pod and lead the relationship with a large established key account (a large insurer) alongside supporting new business activities and sharing best practice and professional growth with your client services colleagues. You’ll be working collaboratively with Project Managers, UX Consultants, Designers and Front End Developers to shape projects and manage time scales. You’ll be leading on setting the growth strategy for established key accounts and new accounts, while working closely with Strategists & Consultants to build a pipeline of work from existing relationships and new target clients while creating proposals and converting them in to sales. In addition, you’ll be developing and negotiating high value commercial arrangements with clients, so you’ll need to be confident and experienced in doing this.
