    Creative Content Manager

    An exciting and growing employer  Managerial role with a route to further progression. This role can be mainly remote with at least one day being office based in central Bristol. A fantastic opportunity became available for an experienced Content Lead/ Content Manager to join a Bristol based fintech scale up with great ambitions.   What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Head of Marketing and they will manage a team of four (mix of Graphic Designers and Copywriters). The purpose of the role is to take ownership of all externally facing content with an emphasis on new products. The successful postholder will be in charge of the content strategy across copy, graphics, animation, video and more. Whilst the role will be mainly strategic, there will be moments where a “hands on” approach will be required predominantly when it comes to copywriting. It’ll be crucial to possess a natural creative flair and ability to story tell, putting ideas into concepts and translating them into engaging outputs.  Naturally it’ll be crucial to make sure that all pieces of content are matching the agreed brand guidelines and are in line with industry regulations.  What experience you’ll need to apply For this role we could consider candidates from broad marketing and communications background who are passionate about content, creative professionals, agency side studio managers or pure content specialists. Team management experience is essential, ideally of at least three team members. Experience in implementing a successful content strategy.  Natural creative flair and storytelling ability.
