You’ll be joining this innovative start-up and you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth of their online business, across their Amazon Renewed, Shopify and eBay platforms. Using a combination of eCommerce, B2C marketing and customer service, you’ll be involved in multiple different areas of the business and gain invaluable experience!  What you’ll be doing  Your main remit will be to support the B2C growth across the key online platforms – eBay, Shopify and Amazon Renewed. You’ll also have access to the business’ current tech tools, as well as being supported by a highly experienced team. You’ll also be exposed to other areas within the business such as B2C, Marketing, email marketing, warehouse management, business development and customer service. This business is extremely customer-centric, so a willingness to go the extra mile and continue to adopt their high levels of customer service is an absolute must. You’ll be involved in everything from photographing products, to monitoring and optimising listings (SEO), whilst also making an impact on helping our planet.  This role has huge growth potential and will give you extremely interesting and broad experience, with the view of the role becoming bigger as the company continues to grow!  What experience you’ll need to apply eBay and Amazon experience A strong understanding of SEO  A genuine passion for sustainability and helping the environment  A good understanding of IT / Electronics  Mail marketing tools (Mailchimp)  Photography skills are highly desirable  Excellent levels of customer service, and a willingness to go the extra mile!     eCommerce Marketing & Optimisation Executive

    Opportunity to shape digital strategy.  Successful retail business with ambitious growth plans.  Supportive and friendly culture.  This is an exciting role in a high performing Marketing team.  Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager and working closely with the Digital Project Manager and the Campaigns Team, your role is to enhance the performance of digital channels by developing, reviewing and constantly optimising the website. This role will initially focus on the successful launch of a new website and will then widen to include other digital initiatives and channels.  What you’ll be doing  Experienced in using analytics and A/B testing to drive actionable insight, your time will initially focus on successful customer adoption of a new website and constant improvement of this to achieve key launch KPI’s. Once launched, you will quickly move onto ongoing optimisation of the site for key customer journeys and on-site goals, testing any enhancements and fixes and identifying further improvements based on on-site customer behaviour. There is a programme of further website development work planned and you will use insight and analytics to make recommendations, challenge and refine proposals.  With a successful track record in customer acquisition you will propose and implement a plan with the potential to cover SEO, influencer marketing, online advertising and/or lead capture where there is a clear commercial benefit.  Supported by the Campaigns team for any content requirements for your digital plans, you will work collaboratively with them, sharing best practice and briefing on content requirements to achieve your goals. Furthermore, this business is keen to stay ahead of the curve in their use of digital, so you will be alert to new technologies and opportunities that will help them achieve its growth targets and strategic aims.  What experience you’ll need to apply Demonstrable success within a similar Digital Marketing or eCommerce role.   Experience using analytics tools and testing to optimise a website and drive conversions.  An understanding of digital acquisition channels such as SEO and PPC.  Customer-centric approach and excellent communications skills. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise large projects and foresee problems before they arise. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to logically. Using a combination of online trading, analytical skills and content management, you’ll be working closely with the Digital Marketing team to help drive revenue through the business!  What you’ll be doing  Your main remit will be to support the Online Trading Manager and communicate relevant analytics and performance insights to the wider business. This will involve measuring performance and insights through analysis of the customer journey, helping to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.  This role has huge growth potential and will give you fantastic experience, because in the absence of the Online Trading Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the trading team and liaising with key stakeholders within the business. You’ll be leading and delivering the eCommerce project activity, communicating with multiple teams and presenting progress and updates back to the business. This means they’ll need someone to form a strong partnership with the Digital Marketing Team to produce a programme of work to facilitate driving extra traffic to the site and increase revenue.  This role will also give you the chance to be creative. As you will also be working closely with the wider Marketing Team, to deliver and evolve key marketing messages and launches online.  You’ll be proactive in driving and delivering changes to the website and be given the opportunity to take ownership of content with exciting marketing initiatives!  What experience you’ll need to apply A genuine passion for eCommerce.  Strong commercial awareness. Experience working for an online retailer or an omnichannel environment.  Confident – they need someone with the ability to lead and coordinate a team & is happy to liaise with key stakeholders within the business. Digital knowledge and knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics.  Knowledge of Hybris is highly desirable.  The ability to work under pressure and manage their workload efficiently.  What you’ll get in return for your experience   A salary of £30-35k is on offer, alongside an annual company bonus and huge growth potential.  What's next? Using a combination of online merchandising, content management and analytical skills, you'll be responsible for driving revenue through the website for specified product categories. What you’ll be doing  As the eCommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for executing the eCommerce D2C merchandising strategy across multiple brands and categories through the assortment, pricing, and promotion of merchandise. The ideal candidate has a strong eCommerce merchandising background with a blend of analytical and creative skills.  This role requires forging effective partnerships with Brand and Marketing teams to continually develop new strategies for growing the direct to consumer (D2C) eCommerce business.  You will be joining a team responsible for multi-brand and multi-lingual website in a fast-paced environment, where a proactive and reactive approach is critical to the success of the role.  What experience you’ll need to apply Experience in a similar online merchandising or eCommerce content role.   Strong analytical ability, confident managing spreadsheets and using this to handle data. Experience of using analytics tools to identify trends and take appropriate actions, i.e. Google Analytics.   Compute software proficiency (e.g. Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how eCommerce Merchandising impacts online turnover. Self-motivated with the ability to identify problems and demonstrate use of initiative. Basic HTML knowledge is preferred.  Strong organisation and time-management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
