    Excellent opportunity to work for a non-for-profit organisation Work in a company where data is their key focus Work with excellent tech and a solid team of data professionals This leading non-for-profit organisation have a need for a Junior Data Quality Analyst to join their Data Operations department and support them with data quality analysis work, reporting and governance activities.  What you’ll be doing  You will work across the business to ensure that all data entering the business is captured accurately, use data quality systems to identify anomalies, work with analytics and development teams to ensure the are using data correctly with the right standards in mind and provide reporting to key stakeholders in the Data Operations team.  What experience you’ll need to apply Min 1 years experience in a data related role Beginner to intermediate SQL skills Appreciation of data quality  Desire to work in a data driven business Excellent communication skills What you’ll get in return for your experience   A salary of up to £26K + excellent company pension + 30 days holiday (excl bank holidays).     Senior Data Privacy Manager

    Excellent opportunity to join a fast growing business. Make a big impact on the data landscape. Fully own data privacy across the business. This market leading FinTech business is building a new Data Governance function and this is one of the Senior Manager roles within the new department. The role will be to lead Data Privacy activities in the organisation and grow a team to support you.  What you’ll be doing  You will be working closely with the DPO to understand the gaps within the business and addressing these by designing and rolling out a new Data Privacy framework. You will need to define processes and build a team underneath you to support ROPAs/DSARs and other vital processes. This role is brand new so you have a great chance to put your stamp on it and bring lessons learned from other roles to support an effective roll out of data privacy activities across the business. What experience you’ll need to apply Experience of implementing GDPR compliance projects. Excellent understanding of GDPR, data privacy and data protection regulations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading data change projects. Some exposure to information/cyber security preferred but not essential. This leading FinTech firm are embarking on a large scale data change programme to overhaul their data platforms, infrastructure, master data management and data quality and to implement a full range of analytics capabilities across the business. They need to bring on board a Senior Data Governance Manager to work on framework design and implementation and support the build of this new department.  What you’ll be doing  You will report into the Head of Data Governance, and as part of your role, you will be working with the wider Data Team to design and roll out a new data governance strategy & policies across the organisation. This is a new role to the business so you will need to have sufficient experience in the data governance space to be able to influence and lead in this area. You will sit on the data governance committee and you will support the overall corporate strategy. You will need to assign and develop data owners and data stewards across the business as well as defining and implementing new controls and performance metrics. What experience you’ll need to apply Excellent experience working in a data governance role.  Experience of working in financial services or similar regulated market. Expertise across data quality, information management, master data management and data integration. Experience leading data governance change projects.
