    Workflow & Print Production Assistant

    — Wonderful not for profit brand

    Join an in-house design studio. Amazing office space. Exciting creative environment. I’m looking for a Workflow & Print Production Assistant to join an established not for profit brand in the heart of Swindon. Joining the in-house design studio, you’ll be trusted to keep all creative schedules up to date and ensure a smooth delivery of print production for the wider studio. Please note this is not a creative/design role.     What you’ll be doing You’ll come on board as a member of the internal design studio for one of the nicest not for profit brands in the South West. It’s a varied role to say the least where you’ll be involved in a host of tasks to support the wider design studio. Your duties will include (but not limited to) assisting with the day to day management of creative schedules, ensuring timesheets for the studio are correct and up to date,  running reports to monitor workloads & expenditure, budget tracking, archiving artwork files, liaise with external printers for estimates and research suppliers for branded merchandise. As a large part of this role will be dealing with external suppliers you’ll ideally already have a good knowledge of print processes and production across digital, large format and litho. As you'll work closely with the Workflow & Print Production Manager you’ll have the support behind you to develop within the role. What experience you’ll need to apply Fluent with Microsoft Word & Excel. Had experience working in a creative environment. Solid knowledge of print processes (digital, large format, litho). Good eye for detail. Exceptional customer service skills. Cope well under pressure. Happy to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Good communication skills both verbally & written.     Studio Production Co-ordinator

Significant investment and strong leadership.  This is an extremely rare opportunity to join a rapidly-scaling start-up at the beginning of their journey. With big investment and highly experienced founders, they have the potential to become a large, global retailer in a very short space of time. Based in Gloucestershire, you’d be working in brand new offices alongside a driven, dynamic team of high-calibre digital specialists.  What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Studio Content Manager, you’ll be supporting in the smooth running of this busy eCommerce studio. You’ll be stepping in to role with a foot on the pedal, as this start-up prepares for their exciting brand launch in August. No two days will be the same, as you’ll be involved in all areas of production for shoots including booking models, maintaining samples, organising schedules, managing budgets, and anything that relates to operations for this busy studio. You’ll come from a studio or agency environment, and in an ideal world you’ll be familiar with the fashion and retail industry. You’ll play a key part in the business in its initial stages, with huge opportunity to develop and streamline processes, as well as progress future business plans with higher management. What experience you’ll need to apply At least a years’ experience in studio or production management. Proven track record of managing projects at pace, collaboratively and solo. Meticulous eye for detail and organisation. Chameleon attributes; ability to adapt well to change. Interest in the fashion industry a must, experience a plus.
