A multi award-winning company with a sustainability focus is looking for three Full Stack Developers to join them on remote basis, looking to be in their eco-friendly Chippenham offices 1 or 2 days a week from Jan. They’re considered market leaders in the clean energy space and have a huge community presence for advocating sustainability and investing in Green Tech start-ups. They’ve continued to go from strength to strength during lockdown on-boarding over 20 new employees remotely over the past few months. With more exciting plans for growth in the pipeline they’re in need of Full Stack Developers to drive development across their web & mobile platforms.
What skills you’ll need
Proven development experience across the full stack, preferably in a C#, .NetCore environment.
Exposure to a wide range of development best practises (design patterns, testability, messaging patterns etc.)
Deep understanding of CI/CD and TDD.
Experience working in Agile SCRUM environment.
What you’ll be doing
Joining a high performing Agile development team your focus will be the delivery of top quality software development across both their customer facing applications and internal platforms. Working closely with the Lead Developer you will help shape development standards by driving best practices and continuous improvement throughout. You will be a proactive individual with a clear passion for technology and will be expected to lend your technical expertise when it comes to the implementation of tech & tooling such as CI/CD & TDD principles or choosing the appropriate development stacks. Although not in a formal capacity, it would be great if you could share your knowledge and experience with more junior developers, as well as taking suggestions from your wider team.
