With continued growth in their Bristol team they need Senior Engineer to act as a technical leader, helping to shape future growth of the team & direction of the platform.  What skills you’ll need Full-Stack development expertise with proven background in PHP.  Significant knowledge of JavaScript, at least one modern library (React preferred). Experience building scalable web applications, designing APIs & web services.  Understanding of DevOps principles, advocate for TDD/BDD.  Ability to provide technical & architectural direction to others in the team. Awareness of Agile/Scrum delivery. What you’ll be doing Joining a small team of engineers, you will act as a technical leader providing technical and architectural direction to other junior members in the team and advocating for TDD/DevOps best practice. What skills you’ll need Significant experience with Elasticsearch stack and enterprise production.  Proven scripting knowledge using Elasticsearch & Kibana.  Background in a DevOps/Sysadmin role in Linux environments.  Understanding of AWS (EC2, Lambda). Advocate for IaC, automation & CI/CD (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform). Ability to read code, preferably PHP/Node/Python.
