What you'll be doing As Digital Project Manager, you will support the development and implementation of their digital roadmap by building new solutions and supporting existing systems. You will be involved in a greenfield replacement project for a website that hasn’t been touched in years. The website will be a complex build, including data workstreams, a whole re-design, upgrades and everything in-between. The project is yet to start so the timing will slot in perfectly, you’ll have the opportunity to join at the early stages from setting up project timelines, managing stakeholders and a third party digital agency, through to delivery. In addition to owning the website redevelopment project, you will spend the rest of your time managing and coordinating continuous development across the team’s existing applications, website enhancements, and marketing solutions, while working to improve our efficiency and tech capability. In line with growth, they are searching for an experienced Senior Protein Scientist. What you’ll be doing: Maintain and upgrade our eukaryotic expression facility; this will include establishing new expression cell lines from human, insect or yeast. Lead on target protein production, as well as optimising production methods for complex protein modalities. Introduce new equipment and workflows to streamline the production of therapeutic candidate proteins. Collaborate with our automation team to onboard new expression hosts into our automated high-throughput protein production platform. You’ve worked on a variety of tricky targets, overcoming challenges to produce high-quality, high-yield proteins. This may include membrane proteins, mAbs, Fabs, or multi-valent biologics. Furthermore, this business is keen to stay ahead of the curve in their use of digital, so you will be alert to new technologies and opportunities that will help them achieve its growth targets and strategic aims.  What experience you’ll need to apply Demonstrable success within a similar Digital Performance, Digital Analyst, or eCommerce Merchandising role.   Experience using analytics tools and testing to optimise a website and drive conversions.  An understanding of digital acquisition channels such as SEO and PPC.  Customer-centric approach and excellent communications skills.
