You’ll be joining Do Nation at a time of high growth having already doubled the team over the last 12 months and grown by about 6 times since our foundation. This role offers a platform for growth and progression, we are keen to talk with people who have a desire to progress to CTO further down the line. What you’ll be doing as our Engineering Lead In this role you’ll be leading our engineering and product teams (currently 8 people), taking responsibility for Do Nation's pledge platform. You'll hire and manage developers, designers and product and project professionals whilst driving our product vision and strategy and help us develop and strengthen our approach to engineering org-wide. You’ll hire, coach and develop a diverse and inclusive team of Do Nationers, drive the strategy and vision for our product, and together with Hermione (our CEO) and our Lead Designer and Product Manager, develop and deliver our product roadmap. You'll work collaboratively with your team and the wider Do Nation team to shape how our tech team operates - you'll help develop our technical practices, embed Sprint and Agile methodologies firmly within the team, lead on our technical documentation process, and more! Importantly you’ll ensure that Do Nation remains an industry leader, delivering a truly scalable, robust platform that enterprises, SMEs, and individuals alike trust and love to use. What experience you’ll need to apply You'll work at a senior level scaling engineering and product teams, ideally with responsibility for B2B SaaS products/production-grade web applications. You have built or are committed to building diverse and inclusive teams, fostering a collaborative environment that is empowering, supportive and challenging. You’ll help your people do their best work. Initially, you will have the curiosity and deep background in product and technology that means you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, coding and working with the team to improve working methodologies and coding efficiencies.     eCommerce Executive

This successful, luxury fashion brand has been running for almost twenty years, so you’ll be working with a highly experienced and supportive team. Having gone from strength-to-strength, online sales are now the key focus of the business, and they are looking for a talented eCommerce Executive to join the team to support continued growth. What you’ll be doing Reporting into the eCommerce Merchandise Manager, your main remit will be the day to day running of the website with Magento, so experience with this platform is preferred but not essential. You’ll be managing all products online, including setting up and trading, whilst working with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency within your messaging. You’ll be involved in supporting product releases, website content, stock availability, price updates and promotions, page merchandise and page optimisation - but you will also be involved in areas such as website performance analysis, interaction with agencies and site improvement strategies. Lastly, they need somebody analytical with a keen eye for spotting online shopping trends and keeping up to date with reviewing competition weekly and provide recommendations or learnings. You’ll also need to have a keen interest or experience within a luxury fashion environment. What experience you’ll need to apply At least one year of eCommerce Experience within a fashion (ideally luxury) online environment or similar. Experience using Google Analytics or an equivalent analytical tool. A proven track record of working with Magento (highly desirable). A basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML. A creative person, with an eye for the aesthetic on luxury fashion. Strong communication skills and a real team player. Experience of working with external agencies. This successful fashion brand has been running for just short of twenty years, so they are highly established within the marketplace. Having gone from strength-to-strength, they are now seeking a passionate and creative Social Media and Digital Content Creator to join their fantastic marketing team. What you’ll be doing Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be heavily involved in the creation of engaging content to push across all the brand’s platforms with a strong focus on social and digital channels. Experience within the luxury (ideally fashion) industry is important, as my client needs somebody who can adopt the brands language, tone and visual aesthetic. In this fast-paced and exciting role, you will be required to develop a thorough understanding of the brand identity and target audience to create brand-aligned innovative and commercially effective digital content. Focusing on the digital and social media strategy, your main remit will be to increase brand awareness and engagement. You will need to be organised and creative, as you will be building a content plan in line with the seasonal marketing calendar. You’ll need to combine your excellent writing skills with the ability to also create engaging videos and photography to be used across all social channels and support organic traffic growth using SEO best practices. This is a hugely varied role, and you’ll need to be a real team player as you’ll also be working closely with the Comms Manager to write, review and edit content for all online channels, but also work collaboratively with the Digital Marketing Executive to manage all the social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube etc. Working together, you will develop innovative content-creation ideas of campaigns and collaborations with influencers, with the wider goal of expanding the brands social reach and engagement. Further to this, you will be supporting the creative execution of paid social media, display and programmatic campaigns to drive customer acquisition and assist the creative team with the design of promotional materials. What experience you’ll need to apply A Digital Marketing qualification is highly desirable. Strong experience in social media. Highly analytical and experienced in reporting, particularly with Google Analytics. Strong editorial copywriting skills. The ability to film, edit videos or short films.
