    Brand New Opportunity to work as IT Project Manager for a market leading wholesaler. Spearhead IT based change projects within a fast growing and successful business. Commutable from Exeter, Taunton, Exmouth, Torquay, Bridgwater, Barnstaple.   This is a brand-new role created by my client, a leading wholesaler, due to really rather impressive growth and performance. As IT Project Manager you will have previous experience within a software development environment and be comfortable acting a lead implementing technical projects. In return, you’ll be joining a well-established company with a family feel with superb opportunities to grow and progress whilst being well financially rewarded for your efforts.   What you’ll be doing As IT Project Manager you will be working closely with the IT Manager and Lead Software Developer to help implement new systems and software surrounding CRM and warehouse management. You will sit within the IT team of 10 people but also be comfortable working cross functionally with the wider business and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, perhaps up to 20 at a time, keeping the cost, time, budgeting and reporting in complete control with superb decision making and process management skills.   What experience you'll need Project Management Experience of IT/Technical Projects. Firm grasp of Software Development. Ability to bring new ideas to the table and implement new processes, procedures. Ability to Implement a New CRM system and Warehouse Management System. Drive Continuous Improvement. Solid Project Management skills surrounding budgeting, timing, reporting, organisation. Understand multiple methodologies and ways of working including Waterfall and Agile. Be positive, friendly and a real team player.     Successful multi-channel retailer.  Forward-thinking Digital strategy.  Pivotal role within the Ecommerce team.  This established business has a large multi-channel offering and is one of the fastest growing suppliers in their sector. As the senior Ecommerce Merchandiser in the team, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue through the website for specified product categories. What you’ll be doing  Driven by analysis of ecommerce metrics and an understanding of the category plans & strategies, you will plan & execute effective ecommerce merchandising campaigns You’ll provide relevant insights to the buying team and wider business on trends, top sellers and the worst performing products so they can adjust stock accordingly.  Furthermore, you’ll liaise with suppliers to enrich product data, including product videos, images and detailed product descriptions, work with designers to develop creative content that is on-brand, and then update the website accordingly.  Optimising the user journey to provide the best experience to customers will also be part of your role. You’ll be expected to feed objectives to the IT department to produce feature pages that are visually appealing, informative and ultimately drive conversions.   What experience you’ll need to apply Experience in a similar online merchandising or trading role.  Strong analytical ability, confident managing spreadsheets and using this to handle data. Here is an exceptional opportunity to join a consumer business in Somerset as their new Senior Product Manager.  This is a really exciting time for the business, with new product lines being developed, and a new brand to be launched within the UK, there is a lot going on and a lot for you to be involved in.  With a flat management structure, and a truly great culture, you'll have some great aesthetic products to work with and to deliver to market.  What you'll be doing You will introduce, develop and drive all product developments and initiatives within a specific sector.  Working across all of the European offices you will become the product expert across the wider group, establishing relationships, sharing knowledge and delivering market leading products.  You will take on a mentoring role, developing more junior members of staff and bringing them on. With a strong strategy in place, and a clear understanding of customer/competitor analysis, you'll be launching new product lines.  This will be a fast paced environment, but there is plenty of support and a huge amount of knowledge within the team, the culture will be hard to beat.  Your responsibility will also include pricing, positioning, and working with Marketing on how to communicate the key messages across the market. As well as utilising your full product lifecycle experience, you'll manage key relationships with merchants and high street retailers on a regular basis.  As with most roles at this level there will be some International travel required, but on the flip side it's an adult and trusting environment where flexible working will be considered.  These really are truly great products to work with, and you'll have a lot of autonomy and trust to deliver the results, this would be a great step up for any experienced Product Manager!
