You’ll be joining Do Nation at a time of high growth having already doubled the team over the last 12 months and grown by about 6 times since our foundation. This role offers a platform for growth and progression, we are keen to talk with people who have a desire to progress to CTO further down the line. What you’ll be doing as our Engineering Lead In this role you’ll be leading our engineering and product teams (currently 8 people), taking responsibility for Do Nation's pledge platform. You'll hire and manage developers, designers and product and project professionals whilst driving our product vision and strategy and help us develop and strengthen our approach to engineering org-wide. You’ll hire, coach and develop a diverse and inclusive team of Do Nationers, drive the strategy and vision for our product, and together with Hermione (our CEO) and our Lead Designer and Product Manager, develop and deliver our product roadmap. You'll work collaboratively with your team and the wider Do Nation team to shape how our tech team operates - you'll help develop our technical practices, embed Sprint and Agile methodologies firmly within the team, lead on our technical documentation process, and more! Importantly you’ll ensure that Do Nation remains an industry leader, delivering a truly scalable, robust platform that enterprises, SMEs, and individuals alike trust and love to use. What experience you’ll need to apply You'll work at a senior level scaling engineering and product teams, ideally with responsibility for B2B SaaS products/production-grade web applications. You have built or are committed to building diverse and inclusive teams, fostering a collaborative environment that is empowering, supportive and challenging. You’ll help your people do their best work. Initially, you will have the curiosity and deep background in product and technology that means you're not afraid to get your hands dirty, coding and working with the team to improve working methodologies and coding efficiencies.     SEO Manager

As SEO Manager you will be responsible for creating and delivering the company’s SEO strategy and roadmap across both the UK and International online stores. You’ll drive high quality traffic to multiple eCommerce websites by increasing their ranking across key terms in two main categories. What you’ll be doing Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be an integral part of the team driving best in class SEO for the EMEA region. Day to day, you will formulate and deliver the SEO strategy across the company’s UK and international sites, included technical, content, offsite & promotion. You’ll use search insight to help drive decision-making and innovation across the business, working closely with the Digital Marketing team to drive tests and efficiencies, as well as share ideas and learnings to deliver a highly effective search operation. It will also be important to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Digital, Trading and Content teams. Regular reporting of SEO performance using analytics tools will be essential, ensuring these are relayed in a clear and concise way, with the needs of all stakeholders in mind.What experience you’ll need to apply Hands on experience managing and improving SEO performance, ideally gained in a B2C business. Up to date knowledge of recent algorithm and Google developments, and extensive knowledge of the SEO landscape and Google Search Console. Solid understanding of Google Analytics to deliver insight and commercial analysis of performance. Ideally, you will have had some experience in Shopify Plus sites (but don't worry if you don't- this can be taught). A pro-active approach to problem solving. Excellent at multi-tasking and organisational skills. Great communication skills with the ability to present technical information in an accessible way. You'll also be able to use your communication style to work collaboratively across the business and potentially influence those around you. Be forward thinking. No two days are the same and the business is growing fast so you must be adaptable and willing to learn. Enthusiasm is a non-negotiable, as is the desire to work in a dynamic environment. This successful, luxury fashion brand has been running for almost twenty years, so you’ll be working with a highly experienced and supportive team. Having gone from strength-to-strength, online sales are now the key focus of the business, and they are looking for a talented eCommerce Executive to join the team to support continued growth. What you’ll be doing Reporting into the eCommerce Merchandise Manager, your main remit will be the day to day running of the website with Magento, so experience with this platform is preferred but not essential. You’ll be managing all products online, including setting up and trading, whilst working with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency within your messaging. You’ll be involved in supporting product releases, website content, stock availability, price updates and promotions, page merchandise and page optimisation - but you will also be involved in areas such as website performance analysis, interaction with agencies and site improvement strategies. Lastly, they need somebody analytical with a keen eye for spotting online shopping trends and keeping up to date with reviewing competition weekly and provide recommendations or learnings. You’ll also need to have a keen interest or experience within a luxury fashion environment. What experience you’ll need to apply At least one year of eCommerce Experience within a fashion (ideally luxury) online environment or similar. Experience using Google Analytics or an equivalent analytical tool. A proven track record of working with Magento (highly desirable). A basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML. A creative person, with an eye for the aesthetic on luxury fashion. Strong communication skills and a real team player. Experience of working with external agencies. What you’ll be doing You’ll be working on an insurtech product suite that’s helping revolutionise the insurance industry. It's the first of its kind in the UK and a real success story now with more than half a million customers. There’s still plenty to do with planned launches for several new products, all with the goal of giving people flexibility, freedom, and fair pricing. You’ll be working primarily with React/Redux written in TypeScript and must have a strong eye for detail, the ability to build complex and challenging interfaces whilst creating consistency across the products and platform. You will be working within a cross-functional team and closely with designers to architect, plan, and structure new features across their suite of products. What experience you’ll need Knowledge of React ecosystem, including state management paradigms (Redux, Thunks). Proven HTML, CSS & JavaScript skills with a flair for design and usability. Hands-on and strategic role.  Exciting growth plans within eCommerce.  This exciting, luxury fashion business is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to develop and implement an industry-leading eCommerce strategy to help grow their brand through the delivery of an exceptional online customer experience via high-touch storytelling and merchandising. What you’ll be doing  You will be responsible for driving conversions to increase revenue growth, as well as increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention, through innovative and strategic online merchandising, trading and ongoing website optimisation. You will oversee new product launches, leveraging product insights, and overall sales data to make strategic product placement and content distribution decisions within the site with the goal to increase sales, whilst always identifying new areas to drive conversion. As a leading player within the Digital team, your remit will involve day-to-day management of eCommerce website whilst visually merchandising the website’s categories so you’ll need to be familiar with the entire product catalogue and understand what is driving sales, therefore an important task of yours will be to oversee all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and provide relevant reports to the wider team.  Working collaboratively is an essential part of this role, liaising regularly with the Marketing team, Social Media Manager and Content Manager to ensure the eCommerce activities are aligned weekly with the general marketing calendars and the messaging is consistent throughout.  You will also be participating in the development and implementation of the strategy for eCommerce new product launches, including engaging site content, unique storytelling, and merchandising tools, based on product positioning, target audience, and storytelling needed throughout the consumer journey, so you need to be creative with a keen eye for the finer details. What experience you’ll need to apply At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar merchandising role, with a passion for digital technologies. B2C retail experience. Ideally passionate about fashion and luxury. Experience using Shopify is preferable.  Strong numeracy and analytical skills.  Knowledgeable about the creative process of Email Campaigns and working with various visual formats, storytelling through text, imagery and video. Acute understanding of digital sensibilities – SEO, and best practices for social, and email campaigns. Good understanding on Email marketing tools – Klaviyo, MailChimp, etc. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, to design weekly newsletter promotions. Commercially minded and able to work to tight deadlines. High level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel spreadsheets. Google Analytics (highly desirable).
