They will also liaise with a wide net of stakeholders daily. In a nutshell, you’ll be responsible for increasing the category growth and raising brand awareness. You will achieve that by utilising consumer, market and competitor data and insight available to you to define consumer segments and relevant proposition. A big part of this role will be to work on NDP initiatives, new product launches and defining go to market strategies at the same time maximising profitability of existing products. In collaboration with stakeholders, you will develop and execute compelling marketing plans within your category, this will include managing production of all relevant assets such as advertising creative, media planning, PR, POS as well as presence across TV, print, retail and digital.   What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience working within the Category, Product or Brand function. Working within the eCommerce team, this role will be responsible for maximising the sales and profit potential of the existing UK website and fast-growing European sites. You'll be responsible for heading up online trading activity across the UK, France, Germany and Belgium websites, exploring new revenue opportunities and leading and developing a trading team to manage the sites across these and new territories. They’re based in Gloucestershire, initially full remote but likely to be 2-3 days remote when restrictions lift. Due to the nature of the project work you’ll need to be eligible for SC Clearance.  What skills you’ll need Proven experience with Python3 with both synchronous & asynchronous code patterns. Ideally one modern framework would be preferred.  Front-End expertise with HTML, Bootstrap and JavaScript. Any knowledge of Angular or similar would be useful.  Understanding of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.  Excellent Linux system build knowledge.  Strong awareness of build, deployment & testing via CI systems. Extensive knowledge of virtualisation techniques & tools. Awareness of networking and comms protocols.  What you’ll be doing Joining a small team with potential scope to grow a team around you, you’ll work closely with an offshore tech partner to deliver a suite of products/solutions to their client base. The focus is on virtual appliances which provide config, deployment and management of secure comms products to enterprise level, primarily within the public sector. You’ll take ownership of this product suite from conception and design through to delivery and maintenance, utilising a diverse range of tech and integrating modern frameworks where necessary. Most of these solutions will have multiple components, you’ll look after both the front-end and server-side, supporting with the integration, build, deployment and testing of software in virtual appliances with some very small involvement in embedded software.
