    Videographer

Based in Gloucestershire, you’d be working in brand new offices alongside a driven, dynamic team of high-calibre digital specialists.  What you’ll be doing  As this is a start-up environment, you’ll be getting involved in everything behind the camera, on screen and anything in-between. Reporting in to the Studio Content Manager, you’ll be producing video content to be rolled out across the website and social media channels. You’ll be fully immersed in shoots from arranging equipment to shooting video content, and will execute post-production, editing footage from colour grading to ensuring the correct metadata is provided. In essence, you’re a master in your field technically and creatively, you’re ideas-led and are on the front foot when it comes to latest trends. To understand the business and help drive this start-up, ideally you’re familiar with the retail industry. What experience you’ll need to apply Experience in a commercial design studio, both shoot and edit. A showreel that showcases your finest work. Fluent in Adobe After Effects and Premier Pro. Their patented technology will position them with a huge offering, which brings a need for front-end developers to play a vital part in creating their exciting digital products. What you’ll need Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript is essential. Usage of a JS framework such as React, Angular, Vue etc. Any work with React Native would be a major bonus. You will have worked with API’s. Version control (Git). Ideally some use of Grunt, npm, Jenkins. AWS would be nice to have. Agile experience. It would be beneficial but not important to have done some work with PHP and/or mobile (Android/iOS). It’s not essential that you have a vast history of commercial experience, but you must be able to demonstrate projects and examples of work/code, have a passion for good UI and be driven. You will make sure deadlines are hit and ensure that the code base is well structured, modular and efficient. The UI will be seamless and you will be dedicated to its construction/maintenance. Operating on a global scale whilst holding on to a collaborative and close knit working culture, this is a really exciting place to be. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Marketing Director, you’ll work collaboratively with the wider team to drive traffic to the website and improve the overall brand performance. There are a range of channels to look after here, however the main one is Email Marketing management. You'll look after the programmes here end to end, initially preparing the look and feel of the campaigns (content, layout, design), driving the campaigns themselves using the company ESP and finally analysing their success, in turn using this information to continually update your strategy.  Additional channels include SEO (on page key and technical a bonus), PPC, which will involve managing Google ads through an agency in the future, and Google Analytics.  What experience you’ll need Solid email campaign management experience.   Ability to manage email campaigns end to end.  PPC and SEO experience a real plus.  Strong analytical ability to understand customer behaviour (using tools such as Google Analytics).  First rate communication and organisation skills. Passion for online marketing and a team based approach. It’s a great culture here so someone who wants to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in is essential! We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join a small studio as part of a well-established brand with a reputable client base, in Cheltenham. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Senior Animator, you’ll be working closely with the post-production team delivering various graphics and illustrations that will be brought to life through animation and film. As the business is growing, you’ll be swooping in to help support the team on all aspects of the animation process, from initial design stages, through storyboarding, to designing final assets. You’ll also turn your hand to the creation of marketing collateral when required. You’ll regularly be part of concept visualisation so you’ll bring bags of creativity, yet attention to detail in the delivery of your design work. That said, you’ll be eager to learn and take direction from an experienced team when required. You could be from an animation, traditional graphic design, or illustration background but either way it’s fair to say you’re a natural when it comes to sketching and translating your hand-drawn graphics in to digital vectors. Ideally you’ve produced character animations or storyboards in the past, or have an understanding of how 2D translates into motion. What experience you’ll need to apply At least 6 months’ commercial experience, ideally in an animation studio. A portfolio full of examples of integrated designs, including vector graphics. Ideally some character illustrations or storyboards. Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience using After Effects and / or Premier Pro a bonus.
