As Scrum Master/Delivery Lead, you will embody agile ways of working and make improvements to the existing agile processes. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will work closely with development and design teams to facilitate the agile delivery of technical projects, working on multiple client roadmaps. Projects will have a focus around exciting, large scale digital transformations comprising UX design and technical development of websites, mobile apps, portals and eCommerce. Additionally, integration of back end systems is a speciality in Headless CMS, DAM platforms and PIM systems. You will facilitate the daily stand up, help maintain the burndown chart, set up retrospectives, sprint reviews and planning sessions, shield the team from interruptions and obstacles mid-sprint, work with product owners through technical user stories and encourage agile collaboration business-wide. You will support the full lifecycle of user story refinement, from high level detail through to the definition of ready with acceptance criteria clearly defined. You’ll be comfortable working across multiple streams, with cross functional teams both in house, offshore and third parties with budgets from £100k to £2m+ with varying durations from short sprints to projects exceeding 12 months. Whilst the team is made up of very talented and experienced people, the culture is one of collaboration and an understanding that continuous improvement is key. That said, you will draw upon your experience to identify potential issues before they arise and implement solutions with autonomy. What experience you’ll need Strong experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or Senior Project Manager. An agile evangelist who can lead by example and inspire process improvement. Experience setting up, managing and refining sprints in JIRA. Experience of digital transformations around web/app development. Experience of Multiple eCommerce platforms is vital, Headless Technologies ideally. Understanding of the software development lifecycle. An ability to coach and mentor. They’re now on the hunt for an experience eCommerce Merchandiser to join the team, to help drive website performance and maintain their market-leading position.  What you’ll be doing  This role will partner with merchandising, marketing, and inventory management to launch and merchandise product, category and special feature assortments on the site. You will largely be focused on the creation, management and utilisation of visual and written assets across multiple languages. You’ll be working with external agencies, a small close-knit digital team and various stakeholders from different departments in the larger global organisation.  Day to day you will manage product set-up and launch across multiple eCommerce stores, ensure all images, videos and copy are accurately presented, and use a combination of Excel Spreadsheets, Photoshop and the website CMS to prepare these assets for upload to the relevant websites. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and outside development agencies on site enhancements and bug fixes, assist with A/B testing and ensure the customer journey is fully optimised.  What experience you’ll need to apply Ecommerce experience, working in a similar online trading, content or merchandising role. Demonstrable experience using online trading/ merchandising techniques to optimise websites and drive conversions.  A “can do” attitude and be capable of working under minimum supervision. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge and/or experience of Content Management Solutions. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel and Photoshop. This is a new role within their high-performing Media team, which has come about due to a large increase in new business.  What you’ll be doing  Using your analytical mindset, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, performance and reporting of campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, DV360, Campaign Manager, Trade Desk, AMG). You’ll work closely with the media planning/buying team to execute campaign strategies as agreed with the client and work towards ensuring all KPIs are understood and met.
