The business is expanding quickly; they’ve got a client list made up of some of the biggest names in consumer technology. What you’ll be doing Reporting in to the Head of Design, you’ll be working alongside fellow designers, copywriters and the wider marketing department to produce engaging creative communications for a wide range of well-established retailers. One day you could be supporting the marketing department with designing integrated collatoral to promote the business, the next you could be collaborating with the creative team to re-invent an internal brand to roll out across various channels, including digital such as motion graphics. Ideally you’ve some integrated design experience, but if you’re a master at offline print, then there will be the opportunity to progress your skills in to digital. We're looking for a designer who is conceptual in their approach, a master of typography and layout, as well as confident taking briefs end-to-end. What youll be doing Reporting into the Digital Marketing Director and managing 1 other executive in the team, your role will be split between line management (tied in with hands-on work), strategy, new business pitches and growing the SEO team with future hires. With an enviable client list, this is a great role for an established SEO professional to take a step up and drive the broader strategic / team leadership elements they may not have exposure to. Youll mentor an SEO Manager and SEO Executive in all things biddable media, also educating them on best practice and planning their time based on the strategic goals of the team and business. It’s also a great place to work with an amazing culture of supportive colleagues.  What you’ll be doing     Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll have a wide range of paid search channels to work across including Google Ads, Bing and paid social (primarily Facebook). Often these roles are limited to PPC or Paid Social, so it’s great to have that breadth of experience in the position.  Working hands on with these channels the Digital Marketing Manager will help lead on strategy, leaving you to drive implementation yourself and continually refine / develop the paid search campaigns.
