They are looking towards exciting growth over the next few years and are seeking a committed Managing Director to help create and realise those plans, as well as set the company strategy for the long term.  The new Managing Director will have extensive experience in developing and executing strategic plans, in addition to board level experience in a commercial role.  They are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit that is looking to help an innovative and changing employee-owned company to address fast-changing global markets.   What you’ll be doing: Able to create and develop strategic operating plans and longer-term objectives in collaboration with fellow board members. Devise operational planning and financial control systems, and monitor financial results vs projections. Represent the company with customers, shows and events. Encourage a collaborative environment with strong accountability. Build and maintain an effective executive team. Ensure the company is compliant with legislations. What experience you’ll need to apply? Experience of developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives, aiming to accelerate growth. Ability to succinctly present commercial proposals and report on their progress using key metrics. Experience of setting financial targets and budgets, and management of variances. Proven successful team leadership including motivation, coaching and developing senior staff. Demonstrable network of appropriate level contacts in major broadcast organisations, and other industries. An understanding of signal processing would be highly desirable. Good communication skills including the ability to interact with customers of all status levels, and proven ability to deliver convincing external presentations.     Established and respected financial services brand.  The office is based in Bournemouth, the Client can offer a hybrid working model.  The role will be focused on upgrading marcomms templates.  A great opportunity became available for a structured Marketing Comms Exec to join a well-known professional services brand.  What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Brand Engagement Manager and they will work within a small team of four which is a part of a much bigger marketing team. The purpose of this role will be to work with a range of customer communication templates (mainly via email) assuring that they are fit for purpose, informative, matching the brand guidelines and tone of voice. Another part of the role will be a wider customer journey overview (from the outgoing comms perspective) which will be done in collaboration with a Manager to make sure that email communications journey is clear and smooth.   What experience you’ll need to apply Previous exposure to document composition will be ideal alongside a wider experience in content creation/ copywriting.
