    We’re looking for an experienced Digital Designer to join an established client based in Maidstone. This is the ideal opportunity for a talented designer to play an important role to lead on briefs and take your ideads from Design to concept through to artwork. What you’ll be doing Mid-weight digital graphic designer to work across all areas of the organisations internal and external brand communications, providing graphic design and artwork for all digital touchpoints. A creative problem solver who can take the lead on projects, bringing passion and original thought to the design process from strong idea generation through to final artwork, pushing to ensure the creative brief is fully explored. Manage and support the growth of one direct report. What experience you’ll need to apply 4 years experience in graphic design Graphic design degree or equivalent Fully conversant in Adobe Creative Suite – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premier Pro. Multi-talented, this role requires you to work on all digital touchpoints of the brand including but not limited to: email, paid and organic social, videos, website design and assets. Excellent skills in typography, layout and idea generation with a passion for illustration and hand-craft. Collaborative approach, open to ideas and feedback from others, a willingness to help to grow the designers around you. Ability to react quickly and efficiently to last minute briefs on tight deadlines and manage a range of projects and your own time effectively. We’re looking for a CX Designer to join a well-known brand and help launch a best-in-class health and wellbeing app. What you’ll be doing You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time; right off the back of rebranding their health proposition and launching a new app experience which is where you’ll focus your efforts. Part of a small but growing team you’ll initially be the only designer, but you’ll have the opportunity to grow a team down the line (should you want to). You’ll be in great company, working closely with an experienced head of proposition with an impressive, entrepreneurial background. As a CX Designer you’ll take a holistic view of design and work closely with other teams to understand how users move between different touch points, whether product, service or the wider brand ecosystem. Your role will involve creating a wide range of artefacts from journey maps to service blueprints, personas and lo-fi prototypes. You’ll also be user and stakeholder facing, facilitating workshops and running user testing sessions. As the Senior Development Scientist, you will be part of the technical development team working alongside the Production Department managing New Product Development, unique projects and Continuous Improvement Projects. The role includes a variety of design and development activities, across the full product pipeline, alongside team management and laboratory supervising.What you'll be doing: Plan and complete Technical Development projects, maintaining appropriate regulatory records, and sticking to timescale requirements. Design and execution of experimental work, managing own projects alongside those of the team. Supervise the team to meet targets set out in Project plan, evaluating project and team results throughout development. Accurately record and maintain details of all experimental work, preparing and reviewing data and documentation where required. Uphold a high standard of laboratory tidiness and organisation. Help recruit, train, and manage team members as well as contribute to internal meetings and liaise with external customers. Support other teams with technical expertise and represent the company at national and international meetings where required. What experience you will need to apply: Science based degree, ideally masters or higher. Protein Purification expertise and laboratory experience – ideally within protein and recombinant expression systems. New Product Development experience. Team and project management experience with high level organisational skills.
