    PPC Manager

New role managing PPC for the UK.This online retailer has gone from strength to strength on an international scale with one of the strongest digital marketing teams on the South Coast. To aid the next stage of growth they are looking for a PPC Manager to focus on the UK market.What youll be doingReporting into the regional lead you will be in charge of a mix of channels to help drive traffic into the eCommerce site. These will include Paid Search (PPC), Google shopping, Affiliates, Social and Remarketing. There is however a clear lean towards PPC, so your role will be hands on in nature to manage significant budgets on Google Ads here.Given the international nature of the business youll also need to coordinate with other Online Marketing Managers/PPC Managers to ensure a consistent approach, and to generally bounce ideas off of to ensure you are using the best approach in terms of ROI. Youll be on the cutting edge of new technologies, and proficient in forming business cases to deliver these across the digital team.What experience youll need PPC Executive or Manager, either from agency or client side. Well versed in Google Ads and Google Analytics. Solid Excel skills and an analytical approach. Experience managing budgets to a good level in paid search. Well-known for their retail presence in the UK this role will manage the launch of the eCommerce site and work broadly across the full customer journey.  What youll be doingReporting into the Sales and Marketing Director, your role will have the scope to shape the new site based on your recommendations, with support in the form of an overarching plan.As mentioned above, the role is a broad one working across all areas of the customer journey. This is a hugely exciting element of the role to retain the wider control from a more strategic standpoint, as large teams for big brands mean you can get pidgeon-holed into niche areas.Working with the brand managers, marketing execs, developers and graphic designers, youll use your solid experience as a template to outline the digital roadmap for the launch of the site. Digital acquisition channels will include PPC, SEO, Retargeting, Email Marketing / CRM and Social Media, these skills will align with your proven ability to grow sales for B2C brands.This is a hugely exciting role where you can have input on a new site from day one, but also a strong brand backing. SEO is a core part of their offering and they are looking for someone to head up this function with a mix of management, strategic input, hands-on work and getting involved in new business. A role with great variety and a brilliant culture, set on the beautiful South Coast!What youll be doingReporting into the Digital Marketing Director and managing 1 other executive in the team, your role will be split between line management (tied in with hands-on work), strategy, new business pitches and growing the SEO team with future hires. With an enviable client list, this is a great role for an established SEO professional to take a step up and drive the broader strategic / team leadership elements they may not have exposure to.Youll mentor an SEO Manager and SEO Executive in all things biddable media, also educating them on best practice and planning their time based on the strategic goals of the team and business. Given the fantastic base of clients this agency boasts, building close relationships with your contacts there will be key.
