    Marketing Executive

    Marketing Executive for a well-known pet-related brand. Hybrid working – 1 day per week in the office, or more if you’d prefer to spend more time with the team. Bonus scheme based on personal and company performance. We are looking for an experienced B2B / B2C Marketing Executive with a focus on Direct Marketing / CRM campaigns. You will be looking after the breeders and charity channels predominantly so should be passionate about pets. As Marketing Executive you will manage Marketing projects for a fantastic, established pet brand and gain knowledge from a highly experienced team. What you’ll be doing Developing and managing the content for customer newsletter programs and rolling out Direct Marketing / CRM campaigns. Analysing campaign data and providing recommendations on how to enhance results. Working with and managing external agencies and stakeholders, including overseeing internal sign-offs. What you’ll need to apply Previous experience in a similar Direct Marketing or CRM role focused on campaign delivery, including interpreting data to make recommendations based on campaign results. Previous in-house marketing experience to understand the dynamics of managing both external agencies and stakeholders. Previous experience in interpreting data using software such as Google Analytics and Excel.   Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or similar would be a bonus.     Excellent opportunity to join a Big 4 Global Consultancy firm. Join a new team working across specific remits. Great internal progression and opportunities. Working in a new, innovative team, you’ll be working across deals, insight and analytics where they have brough four existing teams together to create a speciality unit. With the goal to triple in size over the next year, this brand-new function would need new leaders, work with new models and involved new ways of working. What you’ll be doing Do you have a background of working in a big four and are keen to get back in? Or have you been working in a similar industry and would love your next move to be in this direction? This role would be the right fit for you! Working in this new team, you’ll be focusing on a combination of external and internal clients across industries covering private equity to media. You’ll gain experience across various clients and a load of analysis. The role will be varied, as will the tools you are working with, but the main thing will be someone who has a drive and desire to learn. You’ll be covering four business units across the deals team, so experience with forensics, business recovery systems, corporate finance and financial modelling is a must! Supporting projects at the core of the deals department will mean building and improving dashboards, analytics and insight as a whole. Whereas the rest would be client facing and varied. If that sounds like the role for you, I’m currently working with a Health-Tech start-up based in London who’d be keen to speak with you.  What you’ll be doing  Creating actionable solutions to business problems using Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Analytical techniques will be one of the main tasks but you’ll also play a key part in the automation and optimization of processes and the implementation of new models and algorithms while working closely with the Scientists and Developers in the team.  As it is a start-up you’ll be able to get involved in a wide range of activities and give you the opportunity to learn a great deal working with colleagues who are experts in their field. This successful, luxury fashion brand has been running for almost twenty years, so you’ll be working with a highly experienced and supportive team. Having gone from strength-to-strength, online sales are now the key focus of the business, and they are looking for a talented eCommerce Executive to join the team to support continued growth. What you’ll be doing Reporting into the eCommerce Merchandise Manager, your main remit will be the day to day running of the website with Magento, so experience with this platform is preferred but not essential. You’ll be managing all products online, including setting up and trading, whilst working with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency within your messaging. You’ll be involved in supporting product releases, website content, stock availability, price updates and promotions, page merchandise and page optimisation - but you will also be involved in areas such as website performance analysis, interaction with agencies and site improvement strategies. Lastly, they need somebody analytical with a keen eye for spotting online shopping trends and keeping up to date with reviewing competition weekly and provide recommendations or learnings. You’ll also need to have a keen interest or experience within a luxury fashion environment. What experience you’ll need to apply At least one year of eCommerce Experience within a fashion (ideally luxury) online environment or similar. What you’ll be doing Day to day, you will be managing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns (PPC & Paid Social) with huge scope and large budgets (£200k spend per month).
