As Digital Project Manager, you’ll manage an array of digital projects, varying in size and complexity, with full ownership end to end. Projects typically will entail website development, some with eCommerce functionality, as well as wider digital channels such as SEO, PPC and social. You will enjoy working closely with developers, designers, and client services to deliver the highest possible standard of work - keeping your lovely clients coming back for more! This role presents an opportunity for continued development and training with a clear path to progression into more senior roles within project management and the wider business. What experience you'll need ·         You’ll ideally have experience as Project Manager, Digital Producer or Account Manager looking to move into Project Management. ·         You will have experience of agency life, working in a fast-paced agile environment. ·         Good exposure to digital, eCommerce or web related projects is essential. ·         First rate client management skills and stakeholder management. ·         Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. ·         Personable, hard working with a desire to learn and progress. ·         Comfortable working remotely or commutable to the Nottingham office. As the Digital Merchandiser, you will support the wider merchandising team play a pivotal role in attracting and converting customers through effective online merchandising across your digital portfolio within the UK sites What you’ll be doing You’ll support the wider merchandising team to plan, develop and deliver the digital trading strategy in line with the overall digital strategy, wider marketing promotional plan and business aspirations whilst working closely with the Senior Merchandiser in managing the budgeting and forecasting process. You will be using data to optimise website performance and ultimately increase conversions by continuously evaluating and analysing buyers’ shopping habits as well as identifying risks and opportunities. For instance, you'll use Google Analytics to track product popularity and improve Product Detail Pages and listings to improve conversion from product views to basket. Part of this role involves reporting on sales, key metrics and promotions in daily, weekly and monthly meetings and managing the online product range for two brands, ensuring all products are optimised fully and promoted effectively across the website, working closely with the content team to ensure that digital content they produce is supported and promoted at the most relevant time and place for our customers or potential customers, to drive conversion and retention.
