    Brand New Opportunity to work as IT Project Manager for a market leading wholesaler. Spearhead IT based change projects within a fast growing and successful business. Commutable from Exeter, Taunton, Exmouth, Torquay, Bridgwater, Barnstaple.   This is a brand-new role created by my client, a leading wholesaler, due to really rather impressive growth and performance. As IT Project Manager you will have previous experience within a software development environment and be comfortable acting a lead implementing technical projects. In return, you’ll be joining a well-established company with a family feel with superb opportunities to grow and progress whilst being well financially rewarded for your efforts.   What you’ll be doing As IT Project Manager you will be working closely with the IT Manager and Lead Software Developer to help implement new systems and software surrounding CRM and warehouse management. You will sit within the IT team of 10 people but also be comfortable working cross functionally with the wider business and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, perhaps up to 20 at a time, keeping the cost, time, budgeting and reporting in complete control with superb decision making and process management skills.   What experience you'll need Project Management Experience of IT/Technical Projects. Firm grasp of Software Development. Ability to bring new ideas to the table and implement new processes, procedures. Ability to Implement a New CRM system and Warehouse Management System. Drive Continuous Improvement. Solid Project Management skills surrounding budgeting, timing, reporting, organisation. Understand multiple methodologies and ways of working including Waterfall and Agile. Be positive, friendly and a real team player.     Senior Ecommerce & Marketing Executive

    Opportunity to shape digital strategy.  Successful retail business with ambitious growth plans.  Supportive and friendly culture.  This is an exciting new role in the Marketing team.  Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager and working closely with the Digital Project Manager (DPM) and the Campaigns Team, your role is to exploit digital channel by developing, reviewing and constantly optimising the website. This role will initially focus on the successful launch of a new website and will then widen to include other digital initiatives and channels.  What you’ll be doing Experienced in using analytics and A/B testing to drive actionable insight, your time will initially focus on successful customer adoption of a new website and constant improvement of this to achieve key launch KPI’s. Once launched, you will quickly move onto ongoing optimisation of the site for key customer journeys and on-site goals, testing any enhancements and fixes and identifying further improvements based on on-site customer behaviour. There is a programme of further website development work planned and you will use insight and analytics to make recommendations, challenge and refine proposals.  With a successful track record in customer acquisition you will propose and implement a plan with the potential to cover SEO, influencer marketing, online advertising and/or lead capture where there is a clear commercial benefit.  Supported by the Campaigns team for any content requirements for your digital plans, you will work collaboratively with them, sharing best practice and briefing on content requirements to achieve your goals. Furthermore, this business is keen to stay ahead of the curve in their use of digital, so you will be alert to new technologies and opportunities that will help them achieve its growth targets and strategic aims.  What experience you’ll need to apply Demonstrable success within a similar Digital Marketing or eCommerce role.   Experience using analytics tools and testing to optimise a website and drive conversions.  An understanding of digital acquisition channels such as SEO and PPC.  Customer-centric approach and excellent communications skills.  Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise large projects and foresee problems before they arise. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to logically. Here is an exceptional opportunity to join a consumer business in Somerset as their new Senior Product Manager.  This is a really exciting time for the business, with new product lines being developed, and a new brand to be launched within the UK, there is a lot going on and a lot for you to be involved in.  With a flat management structure, and a truly great culture, you'll have some great aesthetic products to work with and to deliver to market.  What you'll be doing You will introduce, develop and drive all product developments and initiatives within a specific sector.  Working across all of the European offices you will become the product expert across the wider group, establishing relationships, sharing knowledge and delivering market leading products.  You will take on a mentoring role, developing more junior members of staff and bringing them on. With a strong strategy in place, and a clear understanding of customer/competitor analysis, you'll be launching new product lines.  This will be a fast paced environment, but there is plenty of support and a huge amount of knowledge within the team, the culture will be hard to beat.  Your responsibility will also include pricing, positioning, and working with Marketing on how to communicate the key messages across the market. As well as utilising your full product lifecycle experience, you'll manage key relationships with merchants and high street retailers on a regular basis.  As with most roles at this level there will be some International travel required, but on the flip side it's an adult and trusting environment where flexible working will be considered.  These really are truly great products to work with, and you'll have a lot of autonomy and trust to deliver the results, this would be a great step up for any experienced Product Manager!
