    Digital Project Manager

    ·         Exciting opportunity to join a well established clothing retailer. ·         Enjoy ownership of digital and eCommerce projects end to end. ·         Fun and friendly culture, with an option of office based or long term remote working. If you'd love nothing more than to be a part of a close knit, talented digital team working with a variety of fashion clients then this could well be the role you've been waiting for. Whilst my client is based in Exeter, you can work fully remotely long term with visits to the office twice a month. What you'll be doing As Digital Project Manager, you will take the lead on ensuring the successful design, development, and delivery of projects for retail clients from inception to completion. My client is proud that a lot of their work is via repeat business and referrals from happy customers, as DPM a key part of your role will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high quality. Your day to day will include planning requirements and scoping project work, operating closely with internal developers and designers to deliver projects on time whilst offering clear communication stakeholder-wide and using multiple software tools to control the process. Projects will vary in size and complexity, easing into life whilst you get your feet under the table and liaise extensively with design and marketing departments to offer your skills and experience around all things digital. Your role will be integral to the success of the business and likewise you will be a valued member of the team for existing and future of the business, working very closely with the Head of Digital. Whilst this role is 'client side', an in-house agency culture has been created with a variety of projects, clients and a lovely fast paced, agile way of working. This is an opportunity to enjoy full ownership of a project from initial inception, to post-delivery making improvement and upgrades well after release, seeing the full value of your work.  What experience you'll need ·         You’ll ideally be a Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer or similar, either agency or client side. ·         Strong track record managing digital/web/eCommerce related projects. ·         Technical understanding around open-source technology and various CMS. ·         Experience of working with developers and designers. ·         Good exposure to UX and marketing teams and projects. ·         First rate client management and stakeholder management skills. ·         Excellent communication and organisational skills. ·         Not afraid to get stuck in and lead from the front, you will naturally be the lynchpin between technical and non-technical colleague and clients.     Digital Marketing Executive

    This role will have an emphasis on new customer acquisition. The office is based in Plymouth. Purpose led company.  I am now supporting a great Client of mine with recruitment of Digital Marketing Executive.    What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Director. Core areas of responsibilities for this role will be PPC, paid social and email marketing. When it comes to Google Ads and Facebook Advertising the successful postholder will manage all aspects of ads such as campaign maintenance, writing copy and selecting a creative, keyword selection, optimisation and tracking. On the other hand, email marketing activities will be implemented in collaboration with a Data Analyst and techniques such as A/B testing will be implemented. Naturally analysis and conversion rate optimisation will be a big part of this role. What experience you’ll need to apply At least 2 years working in a hands on digital role with exposure to PPC and Facebook Ads. Highly analytical mindset. Previous experience in email marketing. A thriving multi-channel retailer is looking for a creative, resourceful Senior PPC Executive to work within their growing eCommerce department. This position will specifically focus on supporting the online trading team via PPC Marketing under the Paid Search team, driving relevant traffic to the company’s website globally from internal and agency-managed resources. What you’ll be doing Working with the PPC Controller, you will liaise with agencies, internal departments, and our Google/Bing Teams to identify opportunities, utilise the latest tools and maintain robust efficiency in our Paid campaigns to drive sales at the best ROAS possible. You will be responsible for developing and using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to support the online strategy. As well as managing and maintaining product feeds used in shopping, within MCs, feed platforms & with agencies. You will also be working with external agencies to coordinate, manage roadmaps, and share knowledge. For this role, you will also be working alongside category merchandising and the promotions team to share knowledge about current trends, support business initiatives and report on opportunities. Finally, you must ensure you keep up to date with the latest digital trends, research, and best practices, paying particular attention to competitor activity. What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience within a PPC role, within a retail business would be a bonus. Experience using Google Ads/ Kenshoo, or a similar tool. Knowledge of Google Analytics/Acoustic or something similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Excel & Logic skills. Knowledge of Shopping Feeds.     Senior role within the eCommerce team.   Booming retailer with a focus on sustainability.  Remote working options. Working within the eCommerce team, this role will be responsible for maximising the sales and profit potential of the existing UK website and fast-growing European sites. You'll be responsible for heading up online trading activity across the UK, France, Germany and Belgium websites, exploring new revenue opportunities and leading and developing a trading team to manage the sites across these and new territories. You’ll need to have significant eCommerce experience, be an empowering leader and have a highly analytical mind-set. Therefore, developing your knowledge of the product, marketing and competitor tactics is key, with a strict focus throughout on the customer.  Another big part of your role involves motivating and managing a team of Web Merchandisers, supporting their development goals and encouraging cross-functional working between departments.   Finally, you’ll partner with colleagues responsible for creative assets and content to ensure effective product campaign co-ordination and optimise product presentation on the site.    What experience you’ll need to apply Experience as an eCommerce Trading or Merchandising manager and managing a team within a fast-paced retail business . Experience of multi-country eCommerce management is preferred.  Strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics.  An understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g. PPC, affiliates, SEO)  A deep appreciation of the online customer and their behaviours and how to leverage these to maximise conversions.  You’ll be commercially minded, practical and demonstrate good judgement; you’ll have great examples of when you’ve spotted and executed on opportunities for growth and profitability.  Excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to communicate and present information and ideas and effectively influence to ensure you have impact .  You need to be an enthusiastic and dynamic, as well as a collaborative team player with a high degree of integrity and personal responsibility.   Proactive, self-starting attitude.  What you’ll get in return for your experience   A competitive salary, dependent upon experience, alongside the chance to be part of a disruptive business with global ambitions.
