This is a fantastic opportunity for a Media Planner & Buyer with multi-channel experience to join an award winning and ambitious agency with an exciting range of clients. Working on and offline, you’ll gain experience across digital media, programmatic, paid search and SEO, as well as radio, cinema and TV and creative media solutions. What you’ll be doing Working within a buzzing team who are experiencing a strong period of growth, you’ll add a positive contribution to their ongoing success, delivering multi-channel media planning and buying. You’ll work with specialist teams, partner agencies and directly with media owners across all channels to plan and buy media activity for your clients, both in the UK and internationally. This is an end to end role, you’ll get stuck in producing strategy and pulling together media reports with post campaign analysis and insights, utilising data to improve future campaigns. What experience you’ll need Previous experience in media planning and buying, both online and offline, within an agency environment. Ability to conduct informed discussions and offer strategic solutions to clients. First-rate communication and client relationship management skills. Strong understanding of media terminology and concepts. Solid understanding of media planning and buying tools and systems. Well versed in digital media and the entire media mix. You’ll work across a range of Social Management Platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook insights and Sprout to name a few  What you’ll be doing  Day to day, you will create social media content plans and Display campaigns to align with the marketing, PR and trade calendars, including competitions and engagement in stores. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a range of digital channels and drive revenue and awareness to an innovative brand focused on sustainability.  What you’ll be doing  Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the company’s digital acquisition marketing plan. You’ll work closely with the internal marketing team as well as partner agencies, managing campaigns end to end, creating content tailored to specific audiences, geared to improve conversions and reach new customers. This is a hands-on role & strategic role; you’ll keep track of all paid campaigns but work in tandem with an external agency who will implement the day to day changes you recommend through analysing performance on a weekly basis. You’ll spend half your time managing ongoing SEO retainers with two large clients, which will involve a combination of technical optimisation and outreach, content and link-building strategy. The successful candidate will report into Senior Marketing Manager and will work as a part of a friendly marketing team.  What you’ll be doing The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for owning the CRM strategy across acquisition, retention, and customer advocacy. The postholder will assure that the customer/ prospect journey is mapped out accordingly and is GDPR compliant. Channels utilised are email, SMS and DM. Campaigns will vary based on the location. In a nutshell, the successful candidate, will assure that the customer journey is optimised across all touchpoints. Naturally, there will be a big analytical aspect to this role.
