    Digital Project Manager

What you'll be doing As Digital Project Manager, you will take the lead on ensuring the successful design, development, and delivery of websites for retail clients from inception to completion. My client is proud that a lot of their work is via repeat business and referrals from happy customers, as DPM a key part of your role will be to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a consistently high quality. Your day to day will include planning requirements and scoping project work, operating closely with internal developers and designers to deliver projects on time whilst offering clear communication stakeholder-wide and using multiple software tools to control the process. Projects initially will be small to medium size, whilst you get your feet under the table and liaise extensively with design and marketing departments to offer your skills and experience around all things digital. Your role will be integral to the success of the business and likewise you will be a valued member of the team for existing and future of the business, working very closely with the Head of Digital. What experience you'll need ·         You’ll ideally be a Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer or similar with experience of a fast paced, agile agency environment. ·         Strong track record managing digital/web related projects. ·         Technical understanding around open source technology and various CMS. ·         Experience of working with developers and designers. ·         Good exposure to UX and marketing teams and projects. ·         First rate client management and stakeholder management skills. ·         Excellent communication and organisational skills. ·         Not afraid to get stuck in and lead from the front, you will naturally be the lynchpin between technical and non-technical colleague and clients.     Media Executive

    Work on TV & Radio Campaigns.   Large Progressive Employer.  Flexible Home/Office Working Policies.  Here is a rare chance to join a great business in Bournemouth as their new Media Executive.  Working across predominantly TV campaigns, you will use your previous experience with ATL advertising to manage external agencies, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, and on budget.  This is a rare opportunity to work in house within a role like this, so apply now or risk missing out.  What you’ll be doing Working for a large and established Financial Services business, you will join the big in house Marketing team and work on above the line campaign plans, and manage the agencies to deliver these across TV and Radio advertising.  This is a regulated environment, and so some knowledge of the insurance sector, or the dynamics of working with Financial Services would be beneficial, but most importantly you will need to demonstrate previous experience of managing large TV campaigns as a bare minimum.   This is a strategic and commercial role, and you will work closely with both in house colleagues, and the media agency.  It will be your responsibility to ensure that the campaigns are being delivered effectively, whilst planning for future campaigns.     Broad B2B/B2C Campaign Led Role. Initial 6 month FTC with Potential for a Permanent Role. Flexibility with Remote/Home Based Working.  Here is a really good opportunity to join a company in Clevedon as their new Marketing Executive.  This is a broad and varied role, with lots of campaign management that targets both B2B and B2C audiences.  You will be at the heart of everything that comes out from the department, adopting an inbound marketing approach you will deliver multichannel lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.    What you’ll be doing You will work with the Comms Manager to develop the marketing plan to help achieve the company’s goals and objectives.  You will use your previous experience to conceptualise and execute multichannel lead generation campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads.  You will create highly engaging and relevant content across the website, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, social media as well as press and PR.   You will develop effective email campaigns that look to nurture prospects and potential leads.  You will have access to the CMS to manage the website, and will use your knowledge of SEO to optimise content.  Ideally you’ll have some exposure to PPC to support the organic search results.   As with most roles, you will utilise analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and show campaign successes on a monthly basis.  This is a commercial role and you will need to be able to evidence good experience of campaign management with tangible results.   What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience of running lead generation campaigns and supporting sales teams Very good copywriting skills across different channels Strong digital marketing skills across CMS, Email, Social Media and Analytics Sound knowledge of SEO and PPC  Ideally some experience of working within a B2B environment  Excellent verbal and written communication skills Creative and with an excellent level of attention to detail Ability to work on your own initiative, meet deadlines and take ownership  Flexible “can do” attitude and adaptable to change  What you’ll get in return for your talents There is a competitive salary on offer (£24k-£30k), there is a lot off flexibility with home/office working, with travel to the office only required for meetings, and there is potential to own and grow the function.   What next If you’re available for an initial 6 month fixed term contract, and have good multichannel lead generation experience, then apply now to find out more!
