    Technical Client Success Director

Opportunity to lead a team.  Reporting to the COO, the Technical Client Success Director will be responsible for all strategic business integrations and lead the customer success team. What you’ll be doing  You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the business’ products, platform and tracking. Leveraging customer knowledge, existing technical expertise and affiliate marketing insights, you will work with your team to ensure overall adoption of the company’s solutions, to drive greater business value and customer satisfaction. You will own the implementation and adoption of new features related to the company API to drive performance. You will develop strategic long-term relationships with a portfolio of new and existing partners who require technical support. You will ensure processes are in place so that all clients are connected with the right resources for assistance and provide a structure of escalation points, to resolve unexpected issues and technical related queries in a timely manner.You will be responsible for delivering both internal and external technical documentation for the business including but not limited to; Integration manuals, API guides, technical support material. The role will also require you to support the Sales lead and Global Head of Growth with RFP’s and technical related specs.What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience describing and explaining web based technologies and forms of communication. Technical integrations experience, and a detailed understanding of web- based technologies including but not limited to HTML, JS, RESTful APIs.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience. Strong presentation skills and the ability to encourage and drive adoption of products being developed with key partners. Ability to effectively lead a team and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Their service offering covers strategy, automation, customer experience, development and design, boasting an impressive client base which includes well-reputed NFP’s & healthcare companies. What skills you’ll need Proven background in server-side development using C# .Net Core. Capable of developing Microservices & RESTful APIs.  Understanding of containerisation (Docker), CI/CD (Jenkins, Bamboo) & DevOps ways of working. With a bunch of exciting projects due to kick off imminently across a variety of areas, they're fully equipped to continue delivering projects from home and are happy interviewing/onboarding remotely.  What experience you’ll need  Proven full-stack web development expertise with good knowledge of Laravel.  Capable with HTML, CSS (Sass) & JavaScript, preferably with exposure to Vue/Nuxt or something similar. React would also be considered.  An eye for UI and flair for usability.  Awareness of various templating tools (such as Twig). The head of design will join an established and well-respected brand and have the opportunity to help build and shape the future both creatively and commercially with the new dynamic company owners.  What you’ll be doing The business is well known for its premium design and execution in greetings cards and giftware. The studio generates its own artwork in house as well as commissioning creative from external sources and licensing partners. Their customers include some of the biggest names in retail as well as a number of charity organisations and a thriving export business. The Head of Design will focus on key areas for the business including conceptual creative, people management and product and commercial strategy. This role will report into the Group Creative Director who will play a key supporting and guidance role. As Head of Design you will manage a team of 7 including design, artwork and a creative support manager. Leading by example you will provide creative concepts and support the execution of over 2000 new products per year plus the opportunity for bespoke customer projects and line extensions. We are looking for someone to increase the creativity and output within the internal studio, reinvigorate their portfolio and develop the brand and packaging strategy. A great communicator with a passion for design and brand you will be very hands on and work with existing licensors to add to the portfolio where required to ensure the business retains its position as the ‘go to’ destination for their genre of greetings cards and revitalises their humour offer which has underperformed in recent years. Naturally this role will require someone with an understanding of the greetings card industry as you’ll be expected to deliver ideas that are relevant, current, targeted, innovative, commercially successful and cost effective. You’ll need to make the most of data and have a forward thinking mind set and be able to work a year ahead and anticipate the customer and market requirements in caption, design, text and colour. No detail is too small. You will enjoy challenging the creative team whilst maintaining the volume of output, accuracy, the brand positioning and customer expectations whilst maintaining the high-quality standards needed. Plus, you will be used to setting budgets and working to them.
