This is an exciting role that is as diverse as you can make it. Your everyday tasks will consist of creating premium retouched image assets for a rapidly growing digital fashion house of brands. You will become an integral part of a small content creation team, with daily exposure to the founder and creative director who leads the premium creative vision. What you’ll be doing? Work across a broad range of image styles including fashion model and still life creative taking ownership and responsibility for the quality of the output. Support creative team in completing projects and day-to-day administrative management of images and creative assets. Retouching high volume of e-commerce images – cropping, dodge/burn, colour correction, advanced cloning and healing, cutting out, resizing imagery. Ensure images are structured and filed efficiently for teams to access accordingly for partner submission. A strong organisation is essential and google sheet knowledge is preferable. Utilise and develop technical and creative skills with Adobe Suite software specifically in Photoshop.  Experience using Capture One and Lightroom is preferable. Build strong partnerships with project stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and productive way of working.  Work flexibly to changing priorities   What experience you’ll need to apply?   Creative and technical excellence in photoshop essential. High technical proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe packages. Excellent retouching skills with a strong understanding of colour correction. A meticulous eye for detail. Self-motivated, positive and hard-working. Understanding of fashion industry preferable. Ability to work towards multiple deadlines. Ability to work calmly and collectively within a performance-driven and pressured environment. Professional and organised with an ability to work to given deadlines. We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Campaign Planner to join this specialist retailer on their journey of future growth.  What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Head of Marketing and they will work closely with a wider marketing team. The purpose of this role is to create an annual campaign plan based on insight available. The postholder will scope campaigns, create briefs and work closely with the Creative and Digital teams to make sure that all campaigns are fit for purpose. What you’ll be doing This role will be the team’s first full time design hire. Working closely with the product team you’ll be helping to set the strategy and standard for design moving forwards. Your role will be hands on throughout the design process so you can expect to conduct research, to prototype new and improved features, test with users and craft the finished product too. You’ll be in safe company; joining the product department and working closely with a growing team of in-house developers you’ll have all the insight, tools and expertise you need to create great products. You’ll be encouraged to get to know your users so you can have confidence you’re designing what people want and need from the product and not just for internal stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to join an established team but have real ownership of design for the product. What experience you'll need Previous experience in an end-to-end digital design role, responsible for both insight and high-fidelity design. Preferably experience of working on complex SAAS products. What experience you’ll need to apply   The ideal candidate is an experienced Digital Strategist with broad experience and a reasonable understanding of Brand strategy as well, but we're pretty open-minded.  As long as you've worked for a marketing agency or strategic in-house digital marketing role, and have a good level of Digital Strategy knowledge we'd love to hear from you - be that Social Media, CRM, User Journeys and Web Optimisation, Digital Media, or Branding with an online focus, you'll get to work across all of the above but it's appealing if you have a specialism in one of these areas too. Previous experience working with Technology brands would be advantageous too, but it's not essential. After winning some fantastic new clients the agency is growing and this role will play a key part in delivering creative for some key client accounts. This role will sit alongside an existing design lead, supporting and collaborating with a successful creative team.
