You will be responsible for driving their B2C online growth through management and development the website, and providing a stable online platform for all channels to ensure maximum conversion. What you'll be doing This is a new role for the business, which is at a pivotal point in their growth plans, so you'll have the opportunity to really take ownership of the online channels and make your mark. With control over the eCommere budget, your key remit is to assess the current strategy and put together a successful plan for the team to implement. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure that the marketing strategy and campaigns are executed effectively across all channels. In a similar vein, you'll manage the digital agency to develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy, reporting on KPIs and sharing insights to optimise traffic and conversion. Maintaining a customer-centric user experience is of paramount importance, in addition to ensuring consistency of the brand image, therefore a key element of this role is site merchandising and managing web developments and integrations.
