You will have a very strong team of Digital Marketing Execs supporting you in the execution of the digital strategy. The website, social presence and email marketing channels will all sit under your remit and you will have a good digital agency to support you further still. If you have the ability to optimise websites and broad digital marketing skills, then this could be a great opportunity for you.What you'll be doingThis is a senior role within the business where you will be responsible for leading the development of the digital marketing strategy and taking ownership of all digital channels. You will manage the website, ensuring there is regular testing and optimisation, using A/B testing methods to ensure the platforms are performing well, and finding ways to reduce drop off rates. You will utilise your UX knowledge and run multichannel campaigns to drive traffic to the website and deliver outcomes such as reach, awareness, sign-ups and ultimately donations!With a very strong team of Digital Execs supporting you, you will ensure the social channels and email marketing have a consistent look, feel and experience for customers, and you will utilise analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI and Ads Manager to analyse campaign success and track conversion rates. There is a retained digital agency to provide additional support, and you will ultimately be responsible for the performance across all channels including SEO, PPC, Display and Retargeting. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating with other Senior Managers, you will join an exceptional team where you will be expected to continue the impressive leadership that the team has already benefited from. What experience you'll need to apply Proven experience in a specialist digital marketing role In depth understanding of a range of channels especially web, social and email Broad understanding of SEO, PPC, Display etc. Experience driving customer acquisition campaigns Previous experience with UX and A/B testing would be highly beneficial Good reporting ability Strong people management experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A genuine team player. willing to help out wherever neededWhat you'll get in return for your talentYou could not ask for a better team or a better working environment.
