This is a 9 month maternity cover role but as they're winning lots of new business and growing steadily, there is a decent chance that a new permanent role could be created in the future. The main emphasis of this role will be on content and social.  This role will be office based during term time with remote working allowed during school holidays.  I am delighted to support a great Client of mine that sits within the education sector with recruitment of a Digital Marketing Executive.  What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for managing the digital presence of the school. The biggest emphasis will be on delivering first class content via social media channels and the website. That would be a mixture of written, visual and video content. Another part of the job will be to write copy for weekly newsletter and making sure that the internal library of assets is always up to date. The postholder will be the first point of contact for any website related queries and they will also monitor incoming reviews.   What experience you’ll need to apply Previous digital marketing experience with an emphasis on content and social media. Great time to join.  I am currently working with a very exciting Tech Company located near Bath who are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join their growing team to assist with a growing number of projects and drive their ML capabilities further. What you’ll be doing You will be using Machine Learning models to help this company develop AI products to support their projects. Looking at range of different use cases including computer vision, object detection, predictive maintenance you’ll be able to develop your skills further working on a lot of different things.  These are just some of the many use cases they are looking at and this is the perfect opportunity for a knowledgeable and motivated ML engineer to come in and make their mark.  What you’ll need to apply Over 3 year’s commercial experience working on Machine Learning algorithms and large data sets alongside some relevant academic work. Demonstratable experience of using machine learning to solve a range of different problems.  A degree in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, STEM or Engineering etc.).     Senior marketing role with a European remit.   The office is based near Chippenham, post pandemic the role will be partly office, partly home based.  Established and respected employer.  I am delighted to support a great Client of ours with recruitment of a Marketing Manager.  What you’ll be doing The successful candidate will report into the Marketing Director and they will work in a team of four in the UK as well as a global marketing team based in the US. The main emphasis of the role will be to develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at the European market. To achieve outcomes required, you’ll work cross functionally with other teams such as Digital, Creative, Social, PR and Retail. Another core part of this role will be to work closely with the global digital agency and manage all aspects of regional performance marketing (SEO, paid, affiliate). For both key aspects mentioned above, the successful candidate will play a key part in planning and analysis, less so in execution.  What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience working on a managerial level for a consumer brand.     PPC Manager (eCommerce)

As an experienced and self-motivated PPC Manager you’ll be responsible for driving high quality traffic to multiple websites and managing all biddable advertising channels for the brand. This company is in a hugely exciting sector, which is centred around sustainable technology, and they have ambitions to become the best in industry. They are growing extremely quickly on a global scale, due to high product demand, and you will be an integral part of the eCommerce/ Marketing team.  What you’ll be doing  Currently the business relies on an agency to deliver the PPC strategy, however they are looking to slowly transition this in-house, so you’ll be responsible for working closely with the agency to ensure this is as smooth as possible. Whilst you will need to be confident and happy to deliver large-scale PPC campaigns hands-on, the ultimate aim will be to hire further PPC support internally so you’ll have the opportunity to be more strategic as the role develops.  Day to day you’ll own and drive PPC marketing, with a focus on Paid Search, and deliver sales targets and a positive ROAS. You’ll be responsible for planning, creation, execution, management and continual improvement of all PPC adverts, copy, PLA feeds, digital display, retargeting configuration and optimisation of all of the above.  You’ll need to ensure the brand is maintained and protected within the scope of paid search, drive traffic and conversions through PPC leads, and use analytics tools to report on performance. In addition, keeping up to date with industry developments and trends will be essential, and you’ll be expected to propose & execute opportunities for PPC channel growth & optimisation.  Although the main focus will be Paid Search and Display/ Shopping campaigns, you’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager & content teams to deliver an engaging and commercially-sound paid social strategy.  What experience you’ll need to apply Significant experience in managing paid search campaigns with large budgets. Experience working with eCommerce or multi-channel retail businesses is preferred.  Performance driven with proven success improving ROAS & reducing CPA.    Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Paid Search / Shopping, along with other key biddable media platforms. An understanding of Paid Social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok) Ability to use Google Analytics to deliver insight and commercial analysis of campaign performance.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships.  Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent at multi-tasking and organisational skills. Strong sense of initiative; no two days are the same in this high-growth environment, so you must be adaptable and willing to learn. They’re now on the hunt for an experience eCommerce Merchandiser to join the team, to help drive website performance and maintain their market-leading position.  What you’ll be doing  This role will partner with merchandising, marketing, and inventory management to launch and merchandise product, category and special feature assortments on the site. You will largely be focused on the creation, management and utilisation of visual and written assets across multiple languages. You’ll be working with external agencies, a small close-knit digital team and various stakeholders from different departments in the larger global organisation.  Day to day you will manage product set-up and launch across multiple eCommerce stores, ensure all images, videos and copy are accurately presented, and use a combination of Excel Spreadsheets, Photoshop and the website CMS to prepare these assets for upload to the relevant websites. Furthermore, you will work collaboratively with internal teams and outside development agencies on site enhancements and bug fixes, assist with A/B testing and ensure the customer journey is fully optimised.  What experience you’ll need to apply Ecommerce experience, working in a similar online trading, content or merchandising role. Demonstrable experience using online trading/ merchandising techniques to optimise websites and drive conversions.  A “can do” attitude and be capable of working under minimum supervision. Excellent attention to detail. Knowledge and/or experience of Content Management Solutions. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel and Photoshop. You’ll work closely with the media planning/buying team to execute campaign strategies as agreed with the client and work towards ensuring all KPIs are understood and met. In addition, you will communicate with clients over email and through their webmaster request tool, advising them on any issues and outlining best practice on processes.  What experience you’ll need to apply A minimum of 3 months’ web content experience.  Ability to use HTML/CSS to build basic web pages.  A good working knowledge of Photoshop.  Sound computer literacy and keyboard skills.
