We’re looking for a Designer to join one of the UK’s fastest growing eCommerce brands in London. The role sits within a fresh, growing design team with the opportunity to work on a variety of briefs including digital asset creation, retouching and print briefs such as packaging. What you’ll be doing Recognised as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies this multi-national online retailer is looking for a Designer to join their in-house design studio. As a Designer you’ll help create for brands across the company’s portfolio that include lifestyle products, personal care, health and home appliances. You’ll be part of a small but growing creative team and design for digital content, social media, packaging and help shape the look and feel for a diverse collection of brands. You'll also support retouching, working with compositions of product photography and renders to be used across marketplace sites, along with assisting on product photo shoots with art direction and styling. Reporting into the Head of Design you will work alongside 2 designers, a 3D design manager and a specialist artworker. You’ll work closely with both the eCommerce and Marketplace teams too. This is a fast paced studio so you can expect to be kept busy with a real diversity of projects and be part of a business that’s truly ambitious. What experience you’ll need Previous experience within a similar design role. A portfolio full of digital assets (including social and web content) Fantastic knowledge of both digital and print processes and practices. Experience retouching or compositing images in Adobe Photoshop. Confident user of Adobe CC, proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. An entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable working with a fast paced and ambitious team. Excellent attention to detail. Motion graphics skills in After Effects or Premier Pro also a plus.     Creative Marketing Executive

    Rare Creative & Digital Marketing Role.  Flexible Home/Office Working Pattern.  Great B2B Business. Here is a fantastic opportunity for a genuinely creative marketer to join a well established B2B Business as their new Creative Marketing Executive.  This is a rare role, where you will be both creating beautiful artwork and designs, as well as creating content, managing social media, and other digital marketing channels.   What you’ll be doing This really is a rare role which blends marketing with creative design.  You will use the Adobe Creative Cloud to create and maintain marketing and advertising materials such as adverts, brochures, exhibition displays, web banners and infographics.  There will be other artworking such as creating and editing business cards, headed paper, covers, test cards, and you will also get the chance to use the new designated creative space within the office for photoshoots and video creation.   As well as all of this creative work, you will also create written, graphic and video content, write news articles and blogs and these will go out across the website, email and social channels.  You will maintain the company’s social media profile on LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and will even respond to customer comments when appropriate.   There will also be general support across the Marketing team, from helping the Director with some SEO and PPC advertising, to supporting exhibitions and events, and even creating mailshots and submitting editorials.  This is a varied role with bags of creative work to be done.  What experience you’ll need to apply Previous experience creating sales/marketing collateral  Strong knowledge and experience of Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro (or similar) A strong copywriter with exceptional attention to detail Good marketing knowledge across content, social media and web management Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Ability to take initiative and work proactively  A self-starter, willing to work autonomously when required  An interest in photography and video production would be an advantage  Ideally holding a relevant degree across Business, Marketing, Digital Media or Graphic Design What you’ll get in return for your talents There is a competitive salary on offer for this one (£25k-£35k), flexible home/office working with only 3 days a week required in the office long term, there is private medical, 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising to 25 with length of service, and the opportunity to work in a highly creative role.  What next With Christmas here upon us, please apply now and I will come back to you when I can.
