Generous Package & Flexible Working.  Here is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established business in Worcestershire as their new Marketing Director at an exciting time.  My client are a leading presence within the health supplements industry and have seen strong growth within a challenging marketplace.  This is your chance to take them to new levels; with a small team in place you will have the resources and marketing budget to optimise the eCommerce store and drive more sales across the business. What you'll be doing Heading up the Marketing department you will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy and plan and executing omnichannel campaigns.  With the main routes to market being direct to consumer through the eCommerce website and direct mail, you will also manage the B2B channels via trade marketing, export and managing relationships with independent health shops.  This role calls for someone with a strong digital background and proven eCommerce experience.  You will bring your knowledge across a wide range of digital skills, including email marketing, SEO, PPC, Social Media and CRM to name a few.  With a good eCommerce store in place, you will look to optimise and improve upon this through UX, CX and regular AB testing.  As well as managing the website and online sales, you will deliver a strong PR and Communications program, manage trade shows and exhibitions and ensure a consistent brand identity across all design and printed materials for direct marketing and collateral. What you’ll be doing  Your main function will be contributing to the achievement of the Brand's annual growth by providing efficient PR/Communications support and guidance to the Brand Manager. As a successful candidate, you’ll work cross-functionally with other teams such as Campaigns, Digital, Commercial and Design. The postholder will be the first point of contact for PR queries and will build long-standing relationships with UK media across print, TV, radio and digital. With a solid understanding of the Brand’s audience, you will appreciate the UK media landscape. This is a fast-paced role, where all Media requests need to be met as quickly as possible, working to deadlines. Supporting the head of Communications, you will create and manage UK events in line with the overarching UK Media strategy. You will use your analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, reporting bi-monthly press coverage reports and manage the PR/Comms budget. We are looking for a super broad skill set across all digital channels and a strong manager to mentor direct reports.  What you’ll be doing  You’ll be working collaboratively with colleagues across the Marketing & Student Recruitment team and the wider organisation. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive forward the university’s digital marketing strategy via an innovative, integrated, customer-focused approach. Within the role, you will optimise the organisation's website for all markets and deliver coordinated engaging and targeted digital and social media communications covering a range of markets.  You will have full control over campaign delivery and continually develop and evaluate the website to ensure that all is looking good for markets and audiences including the undergraduate and postgraduate for UK, EU and International markets, as well as promoting the research and business agendas. Another key part of your role will be to lead and inspire a team of highly effective, productive and professional marketing staff through the development of a creative, collaborative and dynamic working environment.  What experience you will need to apply    You will need super broad digital marketing experience.
