I’m on the lookout for an Account Manager to join an impressive Digital agency operating in the world of video games and online tech based in the heart of Bath. The agency are in growth mode so it’s a really exciting time to get on board! What you’ll be doing Your role will centre around driving relationships with a portfolio of clients whilst meticulously managing a range of projects end to end, ensuring work is delivered on time, to budget and to the highest possible standard. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business from creative, media, data and client services teams to guarantee the smooth running of campaigns from creative briefings right through to reporting and analysis. As an Account Manager you’ll naturally ask questions and push back on briefs if needed, delivering a range of digital marketing and content focused campaigns whilst pro-actively growing accounts through owning and developing client relationships. Regardless of the exact level you come in at, your communication and strategic and creative thinking is what’s essential here. What experience you’ll need Ideally you’ll be an Account Manager with agency experience looking for a new challenge.   Commercial mindset with the ability to grow key client accounts. Solid understanding of the creative/media process within an agency. Commercial acumen and confidence to win new business. Ability to juggle several projects end to end and work well under pressure. Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Passion for video games and online technologies would be ideal. First rate communication skills.     Digital Brand Manager

    A lovely, specialist consumer brand. The office is based in Somerset, c/ 40 mins drive from Bath and c/ 50 mins from Bristol. This role will have an input into a wide range of digital marketing activities.    A fantastic opportunity became available to join an established business FMCG business in Somerset that is currently going through an exciting period of change and growth. What you’ll be doing The successful candidate for this role will report into Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Sales and Global teams. The purpose of this role is to overlook digital marketing communication activities across social, email, paid advertising, web, eCommerce sites and digital campaigns. The postholder will be responsible for planning, implementing and executing activities.  What experience you’ll need to apply •    Previous digital experience and preferably including some eCommerce. •    Ability to successfully implement paid search campaigns across Google and Facebook. •    Strong analytical skills. •    Experience in content marketing.  What you’ll get in return for your experience A starting salary of c/ £30-40k DOE+ benefits.       Premium Fashion brand.  Hands-on and strategic role.  Exciting growth plans within eCommerce.  My client is a luxury fashion start-up based in central London. They are seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage the digital acquisition and comms strategy for their brand, across multiple channels.  What you’ll be doing  Your key aim will be to drive brand exposure and awareness through a range of digital channels, drawing upon expertise in Paid Advertising, Social Media and Content Marketing.   Day to day, you’ll work closely with a number of internal stakeholders, such as the eCommerce team, to ensure your strategies for driving customers onto the website are aligned. You’ll also work with the buying team who’ll advise on the relevant products to incorporate into your content before each new collection drops.  The creative team will support you with writing and optimising content to deliver against your overarching social & content calendar. In addition, you will plan affiliate exposure and commission exclusive affiliate content, where appropriate, as well as developing partnerships with relevant influencers.  Using relevant analytics tools, you will track & monitor campaign and keyword performance and optimise accordingly, as well as ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to, e.g. tone of voice.  What experience you’ll need to apply Experience within an eCommerce environment.  Ability to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.  Experience with the Google suite of analytics products.   Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Self-starter/self-motivated, capable of staying on track and completing tasks.  Adapts easily to changing environments and demonstrates flexibility in shifting goals. and priorities.  Must be a hands-on team member and operate with a start-up mentality. This role will reporting into the Head of the Department and will be a part of a small and friendly team.     What you’ll be doing The successful candidate for this role will take ownership of lead generation campaigns across content, social, CRM, digital partnerships and paid search. In addition, you’ll put suitable efforts in place in order to retain and cross sell to existing Clients.
