What you’ll be doing We’re looking for an experienced delivery Recruiter / Account manager / Delivery Consultant who’s in recruitment for the long game. An ambitious, committed and professional recruitment consultant that wants to take advantage of our brand, knowledge, platform and industry contacts and support our growth. What experience you’ll need A successful track record in recruitment with a genuine interest in marketing. We want to hear from delivery recruiters, recruitment consultants, account managers, call them what you like, the importance is sharing our behaviours and bring a genuine interest for one of the sectors we operate in. On a personal level, you’ll want to work for one of the UK’s only B Corp recruiters, truly committed to using business as a force for good. You’ll be well equipped to dig deep, source and build relationships with candidates and clients alike – the ability to immerse yourself in their worlds, network and build trust will be essential to your success, alongside maintaining ADLIB’s reputation within a busy marketplace. We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Manager with a great understanding of audiences, targeting, and messaging for a market-leading Online Publisher with their HQ in central Bristol. You will join a successful and growing business with a fantastic culture and a highly talented team to support you. This role would suit an analytically minded and commercially aware marketer who is passionate about growing audiences using an insight-driven approach, getting messaging right, and increasing engagement. What you’ll be doing The Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of multi-channel campaigns that will ultimately grow the business's brand awareness and audience share. You’ll be working to acquire more registered users in their target audience segments and engage and activate more of their existing audience. You’ll be promoting new products, services, and events that are strategic to the delivery of the 3-year plan. Products include digital and in-person events, thought-leadership reports, and industrycontent, all geared towards building and engaging audiences and delivering results (leads) forclients. Working with the Marketing Director you'll define the Marketing strategy for the UK business and implement go-to-market plans for audience and client acquisition and retention.  You'll take brand ownership, develop strategic plans based on audience insights, and test and analyse to get the best results. This is also a role for somebody who is creative and can write comms and applying brand tone of voice, although the editorial team are on hand to do most of the heavy lifting. What experience you’ll need to apply Experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Communications Manager, or Senior Marketing Executive – ideally from a publishing or subscription-based business, or from a brand with a B2B or professional audience. Strong track record in audience acquisition and engagement strategies. Results-driven and commercially aware, you should understand Marketing Metrics, data analysis, and how to use these statistics to understand the performance of campaigns. This role would suit an analytically minded and commercially aware marketer who is passionate about performance marketing, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and insight. What you’ll be doing As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be focused on audience acquisition and customer engagement, testing, analysing and optimising campaigns to improve acquisition and retention. You will be utilising tools such as Campaign Monitor, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio to aid you in achieving objectives. Amazing opportunity to be part of an innovative team.   We’re looking for an experienced Marketing and Virtual Events Coordinator (2-3 days a week) to join a growing organization.  What you’ll be doing Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and delivery of effective and engaging events – taking an instrumental role in shaping the content and format. Create thought leadership content, edit, and inform speaker briefs, develop marketing materials and event communications to support overall marketing objectives. Manage internal and external stakeholders from cross-functions of global businesses. The ideal candidate will be assertive yet diplomatic, able to coordinate senior-level stakeholders and ensure all deadlines are met.
