    Business Analyst

As an integral part of the new SAP implementation, the business analyst will be responsible for design and implementation of reports on all aspects of the business, from tracking customer requests for service to analysing and understanding the financial performance of the business.  What you’ll be doing  You will ensure that the stated goals of the ERP project are fully implemented whilst identifying and implementing necessary changes to the SAP set-up. You will also work with users to ensure that data is input into SAP in an accurate and consistent manner. In addition to this will act as the in-house expert and champion for SAP B1. You will develop and maintain a wide-ranging business intelligence system that result in you providing detailed reports on all aspects of the business: Designing and implementing a range of SAP B1 reports and queries.  Quickly capture and document business requirements for new reports. Verify data when required, reviewing all reports for accuracy, investigate and providing solutions for any data issues.  What experience you’ll need to apply 3+ years of experience working within SAP business 1 and crystal reports.  Proven experience in SQL, VBA, SAP Business Objects, Access and Excel.  Ability to cope with rapidly changing demands on time and prioritise jobs according to urgency.  Strong analytical and computer skills. Excellent communication skills in English, including a demonstrated ability to influence all levels of an organisation. In line with growth, they are seeking a talented Lab Technician to join the team. What you’ll be doing: As a Lab Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside their fantastic Lab Operations team and super-friendly and talented R&D team, whilst expanding a lab-based career. In a nutshell, you’ll get to learn valuable techniques from smart people who love their work! Your role as Lab Technician will be a critical one. You’ll be supporting scientists to conduct ground-breaking work and keep the London in-house wet lab in tip-top condition. As a self-motivated and organised individual, you’ll have a keen eye for detail and pride yourself on excellent time management. You will ensure laboratories are maintained in good order in accordance with health & safety legislation. From being involved with lab expansion plans and supporting various teams, to providing intellectual input, you will gain valuable lab experience in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same! What you’ll do in this role: ● Lab housekeeping: Recycling, autoclaving/disposing waste, cleaning/autoclaving glassware, coordinating laundry of lab coats etc., and to keep the lab looking sharp for scientists and for visitors. ● Support scientists: Including, but not limited to; Preparation of growth media & buffers, agar plates. Preparing, aliquoting and managing stock of critical reagents for the different functional teams. Refilling consumable stocks from storage to shelves. Support our different R&D teams with their various experiments where needed. What experience you will need to apply: ● You’ll have proven experience as a Lab Technician within Bioscience, Biotech or Drug Discovery, and take great pride in your work. ● You’ll have experience of making buffers, media, and other solutions. ● You’ll be able to follow instructions conscientiously, but also capable of working autonomously when required.  ● You’ll have good communication and time management skills. Successful communication and timing is critical for any experiment taking place in the lab. ● You’ll have excellent attention to detail. Be a fast learner and able to adapt easily. ● You are self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude. They are a friendly bunch who enjoy spending time together. ● You’ll be a collaborative team player. You’ll be interacting with people from most areas of the company on a regular basis. The role will be committed to achieving sales targets by addressing clients’ business goals. What experience you’ll need to apply? To have a scientific background (ideally molecular biology) Experience selling technical service to life sciences, ideally two years of experience in a similar commercial role selling into pharmaceutical/diagnostics/CRO/CDMO companies Can demonstrate they are a goal-orientated, self-starter with a can-do attitude, a fast inquisitive learner with an intrapreneurial spirit. The Business Development Associate Director role is suited to a self-starter with technical and market knowledge to convey their passion for the company’s service and products. The individual will be highly skilled in identifying the needs and requirements of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the pipeline through relationships, collaborative partnerships, and strategic planning.  The candidate will diligently update the Company CRM and Business Development tools.
