We’re looking for a CX Designer to join a well-known brand and help launch a best-in-class health and wellbeing app. What you’ll be doing You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time; right off the back of rebranding their health proposition and launching a new app experience which is where you’ll focus your efforts. Part of a small but growing team you’ll initially be the only designer, but you’ll have the opportunity to grow a team down the line (should you want to). You’ll be in great company, working closely with an experienced head of proposition with an impressive, entrepreneurial background. As a CX Designer you’ll take a holistic view of design and work closely with other teams to understand how users move between different touch points, whether product, service or the wider brand ecosystem. Your role will involve creating a wide range of artefacts from journey maps to service blueprints, personas and lo-fi prototypes. You’ll also be user and stakeholder facing, facilitating workshops and running user testing sessions. Working for a sizeable brand doesn’t mean corporate; you’ll be part of a progressive culture that puts D&I, flexible working and real career progression at the heart of the business. What experience you’ll need   A deep understanding of UX Design but wider appreciation of multi touchpoint customer experience. Confident producing a wide variety of design artefacts including journey maps, service blueprints, personas and lo-fi prototypes. Comfortable conducting research and running user testing programmes. Great people skills; whether talking to users or senior stakeholders across the business. Any experience in health and with native mobile applications desirable. With offices in the South West you’ll be able to work from the studio if preferred or be 100% remote long term, the choice is yours. What you’ll be doing This agency is a trusted partner to retail brands of all kinds, including household names, small boutiques and ambitious start-ups just getting off the ground. With almost two decades in the business, they are experts in delivering growth for their clients and understand what goes into a great shopping experience. As a UX / UI Designer you’ll be part of the design team and work with clients from concept through to polished UI visuals. This is a client facing role so you’ll run workshops with your clients, gaining insight on brand goals, ambitions and their customers. UX is core to the agency’s offering so each project will follow a UX process. You’ll gather insight from users through usability testing and a range of qual and quant methods throughout the design process, supporting optimisation of sites after launch. In this role you’ll get the opportunity to work with a wide variety of brands including those in food & drink, fashion, homeware and many more. You’ll work with brands that have a very distinct visual identity as well as those that have a lot of room for creativity and guidance. What experience you’ll need A portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in mobile first web design, preferably with examples of eCommerce projects. A good understanding of the end-to-end design process, comfortable gathering your own insight from clients and users alike. An expert user of the Adobe Creative Suite and design tools such as Adobe XD, Axure, InVision etc. An enthusiasm for digital, the latest trends and creative developments. Able to work remotely in the current situation. Joining an existing product team and working agile with cross-functional teams, this is a brand-new role to help build out a UX offering and improve their digital products. The company are offering plenty of flexibility long term, with a hybrid 3/2 split between office and home.    What you’ll be doing  Joining a product team sat within a global business who provide end to end eCommerce solutions for a multibillion pound marketplace, this is a brand-new role focussed on delivering UX and UI end to end.  Collaborating with product managers, developers, QA and the wider team, you’ll be hands on with the full UX lifecycle from discovery to testing and the execution of high-fidelity UI designs. You’ll be involved end-to-end on projects; from conducting research, to delivering workshops and user testing, the creation of iterative designs, through to highly polished visuals.   Bringing knowledge of UX principles and best practise, you’ll have the opportunity to improve usability and functionality across a suite of complex, high performing products.  Working in an agile environment you’ll be collaborating with cross-functional teams and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.    What experience you’ll need  Experience within a similar UX / UI Design role, at a midweight or senior level.  A portfolio full of end-to-end UX case studies and UI design examples.  Ideally experience working in UX for B2B and / or eCommerce products.  Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).  Skilled in prototyping software such as Axure and Invision.  What you’ll get in return  Along with a salary of up to £55k, you’ll join a leading global business and gain the opportunity to be involved in their UX function from the ground up. You’ll also benefit from private medical insurance, flexi-benefit scheme, hybrid flexible working and more.    What’s next?   Apply with an up-to-date CV and portfolio of relevant work to be considered.

Working in a close-knit creative team you’ll work alongside the creative director, designers and developers to deliver on a variety of briefs across both brand and digital. The agency believes in a true work / life balance and are looking at a hybrid working week long term with 2 or 3 days in the office. What you’ll be doing You’ll be joining the existing creative team to work closely with the creative director and fellow talented designers to think up and craft digital solutions for an impressive international client base; from start-ups to digital enterprises. Briefs will be varied; you'll work across a mix of branding and digital; including UI for web and apps, digital campaign assets, iconography and motion graphics (if you have the skills!).  You’ll be ideas driven with solid thinking behind your designs in order to deliver on briefs from concept through to completion. You'll have meticulous attention to detail, putting an equal amount of attention into branding as you would their new website.       Naturally you’ll live and breathe digital with a good grasp of new technologies, be up to date with design trends and keen to push your skills into new and exciting areas of design. What experience you’ll need A few years’ experience in a Digital Design role, ideally within an agency environment. A portfolio full of digital designs (including responsive web and apps) Ability to lead on briefs from concepts through to highly polished designs. A safe pair of hands in a client facing role. Knowledge and working experience of UX, including creation of user journeys, wireframing and prototyping. Have a keen interest in all things digital and tech. Experience working closely with developers. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe XD. Ideally some familiarly with Figma and / or Sketch. Any motion graphics skills a plus.
