    Established business with exciting growth plans.  Opportunity to build a team of content specialists.  Involvement in client pitches and winning business.  A highly-respected video production agency is seeking a driven and experienced Content Strategist who wants to join a fast-paced, rapidly growing media business as they expand their operations and staffing into London, Manchester and the South West over the next 12 months. This is an opportunity for an experienced Content Strategist with specialist knowledge in video based content to join the team as the business looks to focus its expertise on creating intelligent digital content that performs in the digital sphere. What you’ll be doing  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join the team at a pivotal point in the company’s history, and play a lead role in building out a team of Content Strategists and Digital Experts who have a deep understanding of digital content strategy, digital marketing and communications planning, allowing seamless delivery of content and campaigns across all channels for clients. Being involved from idea conceptualisation and pitching to clients through to content delivery and supporting clients with execution, this role allows for total ownership and ultimate creativity from start to finish. You will be working with some of the country’s biggest brands on projects not just in the UK but internationally.  With a real opportunity to work with and grow in a department of likeminded creatives and strategists this role also comes with great career progression opportunities as the business continues to expand. This business is looking for a ‘do-er’ and ‘go-getter’; someone who will take the reins and own it.  What experience you’ll need to apply Strong experience in a similar role within an agency. Proven experience of creating strategies, recognizing opportunities for unique and successful content, and generating new ideas that utilise video, animation, podcasts and photography heavily. Proven experience of producing content narratives for multi-channel comms strategies. Proven experience of taking learnings from performance and adapting strategies for constant improvement. Experience of working with influencers. Previous experience in pitching and winning new business for an agency.  Experience of integrating content with Marketing, PR and Comms strategies including an understand of how content works alongside SEO, PPC and other elements of the marketing mix Excellent creative copywriting. Excellent strategic skills including conducting research, utilizing statistics from reports and taking these forwards into a robust strategy with expected results and considered KPIs. Platform-agnostic, conceptual thinker, storyteller. Prepared to lead a department, is organized and continuously pushes themselves to keep improving our strategies for clients and pitches. Confident and articulate, with the ability to voice and share ideas and opinions both internally and with clients.     Automation Developer

Great benefits and offices (remote working, annual bonus, flexi-time). One of the UK’s leading household names is looking to expanding their digital function with an Automation Developer. There’s an on-going digital transformation across the business and there are some really exciting projects in the pipeline. The digital team has enjoyed creating an agency style development environment, with all the resources and funding of a hugely successful business. There's a real emphasis on helping techies grow their skills and there will be support for training / courses and to learn new tech and best practice.  What skills you’ll be needing Ability to create automated build/deployment pipelines using Octopus/Azure DevOps.  Skilled in building infrastructure from code using Ansible or Terraform.  Development experience using MS & front-end technologies; C#, .Net Core, WCF, HTML, CSS, jQuery.  Experience with MS Azure and public cloud.  Understanding of API development & utilisation.  Awareness of things like JIRA/Slack for planning, as well as automated testing principles relating to build & deployment.  Scripting experience, ideally Bash, PowerShell or similar.  Any knowledge of Docker containers and networking is desirable.  What you’ll be doing Your primary responsibility will be to support the development team in creating automated build & deployment pipelines from the ground up, in order to optimise software delivery. You’ll be configuring infrastructure and utilising APIs to deliver solutions which are developed both internally and via 3rd party cloud services. You’ll be owning deployments across multiple environments, working closely with the wider digital team to offer advice & expertise on best practices, as well as involving yourself in code reviews. This role sits in between development & operations, so you’ll need an adaptable mindset with an ability to liaise with different teams and stakeholders to ensure timescale estimates are on-track and that delivery is at the highest possible level. Automation is a massive focus for the business so it’s expected that you will act as an advocate for other teams.
