With brand new modern offices in North London, this business has a start-up vibe whilst offering all the benefits of a corporate business.What you’ll be doingThe business is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer with solid experience in React to join the team; you can either already be at a senior level or a strong midweight ready to take your next step up into a senior role.Reporting into the Lead Frontend Developer and alongside a team of circa 8 Frontend Developers you will work on a number of new and exciting projects, developing new and cutting-edge functionality and features. The business work in an Agile environment with a squad-based architecture, enabling you develop and become expert in different areas of FE development. There are ample R&D opportunities with individual training budgets and up to 20% of your working week dedicated to personal development.For the time being the team are fully remote but will be looking at a long term hybrid model of part office, part remote working split.What experience you’ll need to apply. Solid core frontend coding skills (HTML, CSS). A strong proficiency in JavaScript and detailed understanding of React.js. Experience with React.js workflows (such as Redux). Familiarity with RESTful APIs. Experience with tools like Webpack. A good eye for design and user experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. This exciting, premium food business is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to develop and implement an amazing eCommerce strategy to help scale-up their brand through the delivery of an exceptional online customer experience. What you’ll be doing Working directly with the industry-leading founders, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly, and scale as required to support their growth. You’ll be driving conversions to increase revenue, as well as increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention, through innovative and strategic online merchandising, trading and ongoing website optimisation.As the leading player within the Digital team, your remit will involve day-to-day management of the eCommerce website so if you have Shopify experience then that will be a huge bonus. Utilising your digital expertise, you will be monitoring the social channels such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok as well as managing digital marketing campaigns including setup, testing, development and reporting. As this is a start-up, my client is looking for person with plenty of drive and energy to get stuck in and also help with the operations and logistics side of things, so they need a team-player who is happy to join a small, fun and friendly team where everyone gets involved. What experience you’ll need to apply Experience managing an eCommerce website end-to-end. B2C / DTC eCommerce experience. Logistics and Operations experience for an eCommerce Business.
