    Digital Marketing & eCommerce Executive

    Large, international retailer.  Thriving B2C operation with high-end product range.  Supportive team and opportunity enhance your hands-on skills.   This business has a key focus on quality which is reflected in their premium kitchenware products. A brand that has been around for over 200 years, their success online has brought about the requirement for a Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. Working across a range of channels, you’ll be responsible for the eCommerce operation, social media and relevant brand sites.  What you'll be doing Working as part of the online team and reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will focus on the continued growth of the company's ecommerce business and the transition from its existing ecommerce platform to Salesforce Commerce Cloud.  The role would suit a candidate with strong, all-round digital marketing and eCommerce skills and experience across multiple online disciplines, however the role will offer the opportunity to focus on selected digital channels. Key areas include PPC, SEO, content management, Email Marketing and Social Media management; this is comprehensive list, so the team understand if you have strengths in some areas over others that need upskilling. Day to day, you will work with the wider eCommerce team to ensure the smooth and successful transition to the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform and Salesforce CRM email marketing system, so any previous experience with this would be an advantage. A commercial mind-set is essential, as you’ll need to consistently track performance and optimise activities accordingly. You’ll use various tools for this, but predominantly Google Analytics, in addition to creating reports for internal stakeholders. You will also use the CMS to deliver effective product launches and implement changes to the website to improve the customer journey.  Finally, you’ll also work closely with the broader marketing team (branding / offline) to ensure that the voice of the brand is consistent.  What experience you'll need Experience working across a range of eCommerce merchandising and digital marketing disciplines, i.e. PPC, SEO, Content, Social Media, CRO.  Email Marketing experience, including customer segmentation and campaign automation. Hands-on CMS skills and experience uploading content onto a website.    Experience using Salesforce CRM or Salesforce Commerce Cloud would be highly advantageous Ability to review, measure and analyse results to implement data-driven change using analytics tools.  Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently when working on multiple channels.  Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficient workflow and promote a positive culture.     PPC Manager (eCommerce)

    Booming retailer with a focus on sustainable technology.  Pivotal role within the eCommerce Marketing team.  Remote working options. As an experienced and self-motivated PPC Manager you’ll be responsible for driving high quality traffic to multiple websites and managing all biddable advertising channels for the brand. This company is in a hugely exciting sector, which is centred around sustainable technology, and they have ambitions to become the best in industry. They are growing extremely quickly on a global scale, due to high product demand, and you will be an integral part of the eCommerce/ Marketing team.  What you’ll be doing  Currently the business relies on an agency to deliver the PPC strategy, however they are looking to slowly transition this in-house, so you’ll be responsible for working closely with the agency to ensure this is as smooth as possible. Whilst you will need to be confident and happy to deliver large-scale PPC campaigns hands-on, the ultimate aim will be to hire further PPC support internally so you’ll have the opportunity to be more strategic as the role develops.  Day to day you’ll own and drive PPC marketing, with a focus on Paid Search, and deliver sales targets and a positive ROAS. You’ll be responsible for planning, creation, execution, management and continual improvement of all PPC adverts, copy, PLA feeds, digital display, retargeting configuration and optimisation of all of the above.  You’ll need to ensure the brand is maintained and protected within the scope of paid search, drive traffic and conversions through PPC leads, and use analytics tools to report on performance. In addition, keeping up to date with industry developments and trends will be essential, and you’ll be expected to propose & execute opportunities for PPC channel growth & optimisation.  Although the main focus will be Paid Search and Display/ Shopping campaigns, you’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager & content teams to deliver an engaging and commercially-sound paid social strategy.  What experience you’ll need to apply Significant experience in managing paid search campaigns with large budgets. Experience working with eCommerce or multi-channel retail businesses is preferred.  Performance driven with proven success improving ROAS & reducing CPA.    Extensive knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Paid Search / Shopping, along with other key biddable media platforms. An understanding of Paid Social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok) Ability to use Google Analytics to deliver insight and commercial analysis of campaign performance.  Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong working relationships.  Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving. Excellent at multi-tasking and organisational skills. Strong sense of initiative; no two days are the same in this high-growth environment, so you must be adaptable and willing to learn.
