A great opportunity to understand a buyer’s journey across their websites. You’ll be drawing insights and making recommendations as to how to improve a customer’s experience. The role is all about knowing a customer’s journey from a digital perspective! Would you want to be a digital specialist? What you’ll be doingAs a Digital Journey Executive, you’ll be working to understand more about how to improve a customers experience on the website. Whether is buying products or simply not engaging, you’ll look to understand more about the customer’s and how you can approach them. You’ll be working to improve the website and presenting strong recommendations back to the stakeholders before working yourself! You’ll be delivering best in class insights, analysis, data and measurement that positively impacts the customer journey and consequentially the business performance.You’ll bring together the digital and offline data to create insight around where they could improve and what needs attention and highlight opportunity. Experience with Google Analytics
Experience with SQL
Bonus for Python and R
Knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC)
STEM Degree or experience with digital analytics
Experience Analysing a digital/website/customer journey
