This role will have an input into a wide range of digital marketing activities.    A fantastic opportunity became available to join an established business FMCG business in Somerset that is currently going through an exciting period of change and growth. What you’ll be doing The successful candidate for this role will report into Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Sales and Global teams. The purpose of this role is to overlook digital marketing communication activities across social, email, paid advertising, web, eCommerce sites and digital campaigns. The postholder will be responsible for planning, implementing and executing activities.  What experience you’ll need to apply •    Previous digital experience and preferably including some eCommerce. •    Ability to successfully implement paid search campaigns across Google and Facebook. •    Strong analytical skills. •    Experience in content marketing.  What you’ll get in return for your experience A starting salary of c/ £30-40k DOE+ benefits. They are seeking a versatile and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to implement and manage the digital acquisition and comms strategy for their brand, across multiple channels.  What you’ll be doing  Your key aim will be to drive brand exposure and awareness through a range of digital channels, drawing upon expertise in Paid Advertising, Social Media and Content Marketing.   Day to day, you’ll work closely with a number of internal stakeholders, such as the eCommerce team, to ensure your strategies for driving customers onto the website are aligned. You’ll also work with the buying team who’ll advise on the relevant products to incorporate into your content before each new collection drops.  The creative team will support you with writing and optimising content to deliver against your overarching social & content calendar. The successful candidate will report into the Head of Marketing and will work independently on one out of four brands the business owns.  What you’ll be doing The successful post holder for this role will take ownership of managing marketing and comms activities from planning, monitoring the budget, execution and analysis. An element of the role will be managing campaigns the purpose of which will be to introduce the offering to new sectors. Another part of the role will be to create and coordinate creation of a range of marketing materials and content (written, graphics and video). You’ll be the ultimate brand guardian assuring that all outputs are hitting standards in terms of accuracy and quality as well as making sure the message is clear and consistent.     Unique Fashion Start-up Hands-on and strategic role.  Exciting growth plans within eCommerce.  This exciting, luxury fashion business is looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to develop and implement an industry-leading eCommerce strategy to help grow their brand through the delivery of an exceptional online customer experience.  What you’ll be doing  You will be responsible for driving conversions to increase revenue growth, as well as increasing customer acquisition, engagement and retention, through innovative and strategic online merchandising, trading and ongoing website optimisation. As a leading player within the Digital team, your remit will involve day-to-day management of eCommerce website. You’ll need to be familiar with the entire product catalogue and understand what is driving sales, therefore an important task of yours will be to oversee all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce, and provide relevant reports to the wider team.  Working collaboratively is an essential part of this role. You’ll tie in the overarching eCommerce strategy with the digital marketing plan, liaising regularly with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure messaging is consistent across advertising channels and the website. What’s more, you’ll both work together to actively grow the CRM function, through data capture initiatives which will grow the digital newsletter database. You’ll work with the Content & Design teams to build blog article pages, using UX knowledge and digital design best practice to guide your layout decisions. Furthermore, you’ll manage the relationship with the web development agency and project manager.  This role also has one direct report – an eCommerce Assistant – who you’ll be able to lean on for some aspects of delivery, however you’ll still be expected to get stuck in and implement the strategy.   What experience you’ll need to apply Experience managing an eCommerce website end-to-end. B2C retail experience.
